I called this provider to schedule an appointment, but never heard back from them.

They were personable and did a lot of things to satisfy me. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. They cleaned up after themselves and after they left the mold was gone.

He was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He thoroughly explained the process, how long it would, and the pricing. I will definitely use him in the future!

Breakdown: superb work, inferior customer relations. Mold Pro is run by two brothers who don't seem to know how to communicate with each other. One brother scheduled and quoted me without coming out. Other brother called to confirm appt. and didn't know that I'd also hired them to build back the ceiling. After that was worked out, they rescheduled me for later. They arrived on time and worked fast. However, the on-site brother (I've blocked his name from my memory, sorry) was completely unprofessional. He must have reminded me of the payment schedule 5 times the first day. He also came up into my kitchen and proceeded to do all of his phone calls because it was too loud in the family room. I understand that, but when my husband and I are trying to eat lunch in there, maybe he could have gone to his truck? The last day they were out he came upstairs and asked to use our restroom. We reminded him that we'd said they could use the guest bath where they were working and he said "Well, they've already started spraying, I can't go back down there without a suit." They had literally just arrived. Most people would have used the restroom before starting if they had to go so badly. He was then a jerk when we said no to using our kids' bathroom. The subcontractor they hired to do the build-back was great. Super nice and great job. I'll review them separately. Mold Pro had told me not to pay the subcontractor the final third payment because they wouldn't be going back to same office. He said to mail it in after work was completed. However, he called to ask me to send in the payment before they were even done. They still had two days left. I said no, I would wait until job was done and he said "OK, but I really need that money for payroll so put it in the mail as soon as they leave." Not being super impressed with their company management, I paid through bill pay at my bank the next day. That meant it took 4 days to arrive to them. He called and texted me to question where it was. I think paying the next day is pretty stinking fast and would have gladly paid the day of service but THEY didn't want me to. This company knows its way around mold but seriously needs to consider hiring a business manager and taking a few courses in customer courtesy.

The overall experience was very very positive. I had convinced myself that my family was living in a mold infested home. We were not living in a mold infested home. Mold Pro came out to the house only 1 1/2 after initially contacting them! The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was patient and professional with me. He listened to my concerns. He assured me that I probably did not have the mold problem that I was convinced I had. I insisted that I needed peace of mind and was concerned that I couldn't see the problem. The gentleman that came out to the house (Pete) was very patient and professional also. He came equipped and put my mind at ease pretty quickly that I didn't have an obvious mold problem. He took time to explain my options about testing the air for mold and other allergens--an added cost that I had already anticipated. He was not pushy at all about running the extra tests. He also explained more options about air scrubbing and improving air quality in the home, but was not overly insistent about it.

I liked that they didn't do both testing and cleaning. They only do testing. They were timely and they explained everything well. They gave me a report in a timely manner. I would use them again and I would recommend them. I didn't compare their prices.

They did a great job and acted in a professional manner. They provided the results from the mold testings in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again; it was a good experience.

We had flooding in our basement a few months ago and since then, mold started growing on our walls. Before calling Mold Pro, we called a so-called mold company that told us they "create mold-free environments". Right then I knew they were unprofessional because if I'm not mistaken, no home can be made to be mold-free. We were also quoted 50% higher than Mold Pro. Mold Pro on the other was calm, answered all our questions, did NOT make us feel like the sky was falling and they seemed to genuinely care about my situation, rather than ONLY caring about making a profit. They came out the next day to assess our basement and the same day we had a proposal! My husband and I asked when Mold Pro could could begin and they did two days later. We had testing of our basement done by a different company and the job Mold Pro completed passed with flying colors. The price was better than others, the courtesy was all we could ask for, the job was done well and quickly, and we are telling our friends and family about Mold Pro!

They probably could of told me over the phone what I needed to do to remove the mold. I was fairly disappointed in their service. They were fairly responsive.

This job went quite well, very happy!

We took in water in July and, using another company, it did not get dried out for a week. I called Mold Pro rather than having the other company kill the mold they allowed, and Mold Pro came out immediately. They were the best bid out of three (price and credentials). They arrived for the project when they said they would. They were finished when they said and they were very thorough and professional. I paid online with a credit card and received documentation showing all that had been done. I have a TEN YEAR GUARANTEE that mold will not grow, REGARDLESS OF FUTURE FLOODING. That's peace of mind!
