The provider was in the area at the time he responded to my online inquiry, so to cut down on a long wait time he came to the property to do the inspection later in the day. I was not able to get to the property, so I gave Joe the entry code to do the inspection by himself. He later called to report how many samples he took and from where. Joe sent the samples to the lab that evening and I was able to get the results a day later - helping me to avoid lengthy delays on my project. Joe went over the results and gave me a few suggestions on how to eradicate the mold. I was very impressed with Joe's profesionalism and quick service. I will use Mold Pro on my next project.

Joe handled himself in a very professional and courteous manner. He took several samples throughout our house and outdoors. The proposal we received from Mold Pro was extremely thorough and complete.

The guys were great. They walked me through everything they were going to do and why. I learned a lot about mold and how it grows and spreads...and how dangerous it is when you breath it in. I was sick the 5 days we cleaned out my mother in laws condo..I realized after the fact it was the mold. I didn't step back into there until the guys were done with the process. The whole process went smoothly. For the amount of work they did I think the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

The inspection went well. Joe was prompt and courteous and provided useful information. Mold Pro does remediation only. I went with another contractor who does both the remediation and the dry walling needed afterwards.

They were kind and professional. I was so terrified of losing my grandmother's wood furniture and they were patient with my fears, explained everything very well, and helped me to understand, which helped to calm me down. We were lucky to learn that we do not have a mold problem, which was more than worth the cost of the service.

The mold inspector was nice and polite. We felt very safe. We were reassured that the mold was benign and "normal." It was reassuring, and I will use them again if I develop a future problem.

Found out the mold was coming from the outside air and not from my house.

We have had a Horrible experience with this company and our small job is still not finished and we are now going on 20+ days!!! I would NEVER use this company again. The price was great, I will say that much. They came out and gave an estimate and started work promptly on 5/28/15. We ended up having 3 walls and a portion of closet with drywall removed as well as a shower. However the workers who were sent out, left the lower potion of the shower in place, which of course once it was removed had mold as well, which required them to come back out again after they had finished all the other work to remove, clean and treat these areas. Overall the mold remediation was OK. The workers were friendly, and involved us in any decisions they had to make along the way. However, I have a pregnant wife as well as a 10 month old baby, and I would not consider the trash bag taped over the basement door with a big hole to walk in and out of an effective "containment" method, while releasing mold spores and fogging the whole basement with whatever they treat with. Glad they went to stay with family during this. The encapsulating process simply involves using Zinsser brand mold/mildew blocking paint or primer, easily available at Menards, which I found interesting seeming how when they saw I had a can myself that I had used on some other areas prior to bringing them in to finish the job they kinda laughed at it like I had no idea what I was doing! Once mold remediation was finished build back began, and things went from OK to horrible. First, the subcontractor they sent is NOT licensed, bonded or insured. He offered that information to me freely. He started our work 2 days later than he confirmed that he would. When he did finally show up we find out his car is broken and is depending on a friend to bring him to and from the job. So after he finished work on day 1, he stayed in our garage for over an hour waiting for a ride. He has no-showed on us 13 days now. He did mention he had some Dr's appointments lined up, but a little communication from him or Mold Pro would be appreciated. If he is unable to complete the job, they need to get us another contractor to finish the job. At this point, the owner of the company, just got married and is off on his honeymoon, which is perfectly fine, that happens, he has left his brother to handle the situation, but now 9 days with no work done, and no word from the contractor, his brother doesn't seem to be able to handle the situation. He told us over the phone, that if they need to get a new contractor, he'd have to bring him out and get a new bid on all the work, which is unacceptable, as we have already signed a contract with the owner, setting a price point for all the work promised to be done, who they subcontract with isn't our problem, they set the price and signed the contract with me, and I expect them to stick to it. At this point I am ready to fight to get my money back, as the work promised to be done, is not getting done. Here is the timeline of work so far: DAY 1: Mold removal DAY 2: Mold treating DAY 3: Subcontractor No-show DAY 4: Subcontractor No-show DAY 5: first day of build back Today he found more mold and we made plans for mold crew to come tomorrow AM and he'd come mid-day. DAY 6: Mold crew had to come back out to treat the areas of mold not removed from the shower. The subcontractor was supposed to come back out at 11, once mold work was done but he was once AGAIN a No-show, with no call. DAY 7: Subcontractor No-show DAY 8: He was not scheduled to come today, but he texted us, didn't call, and gave some excuse for Friday of "family business" and said he "forgot all about us on Friday". And said he'd be here "First thing Monday Morning" DAY 9: Off. So thats 1 day of work in a WHOLE WEEK!! DAY 10: Monday. We have to be out of the house at 9:30 for an appointment, so we are expecting him first thing in the morning, to let him in. He tells us due to his ride he can't get here until after 9:30, so what exactly does "first thing Monday AM" mean?? He finally shows up at 11:15 today. That's not even the morning anymore! DAY 11: Another late 11:00 arrival. Today he realized that he is using the wrong mortar/glue for our shower tiles, and has to undo all the work he has done up until this point. He also proceeds to tell us that we'd be responsible for paying for the new supplies needed for the job, when we were told just to buy our own tile and grout. He's the professional in this situation, its his job to know what supplies he needs to get the job done. DAY 12: We have another company coming in to do other work, so he wasn't planning to come that day. DAYS 13-21: 9 days, with no work done whatsoever....and here we are, with an unfinished job, and no real answers.

The gentleman that handles the quote was very friendly and easy to speak with. The two young men that do the actual work were fun to have in the house.they worked hard and did a thorough job. They were also brave enough to drink one of my homemade green smoothies, and liked it. I have already recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.

If anyone is looking for a company get these guys. I had Brian, Mary and the guys and there are not enough words to explain how satisfied I am with their work and how comfortable I was with them being in my home. Brian explained everything to me what they were doing throughout the two days they were here. I had my entire lower level done and they were on time and neat. I really cannot say enough how pleased I am with their work and would use them again and refer them to anyone who needs this service. I got 3 estimates and comparing apples to apples they came in with the best price too. Excellent service...personable workers..

It was a great experience! Joe, the owner, is very easy to understand, he thoroughly explained complete process, which made the process very easy. His brother, Brian, was very professional. The house was completely protected with drop clothes and sealed off to prevent cross-contamination. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

The gentleman that came to the house was very knowledgeable. He was very nice, I was fighting off a bacterial infection from something. And because of this they were here the next day to check things out.

We bought a Big Deal. The person we contacted was very clear. We'd contacted him and then the day of the appointment he called unsure of what he was doing and when he was coming. But when he did come, he did what we asked. We added an additional test so there was an additional charge.

Professional and great customer service from my initial contact to the end of the job. Very pleased with the everything. The service was prompt, thorough and professional. The mitigation team were helpful, gave me progress reports and allowed me to inspect the work after the job was complete. They left the area clean. Great job.

The provider came and did the testing - said they were going to do air quality samples that was not done. Results took a few days longer then expected. Results when received were very detailed.

Brian was great to work with. He called the morning he was scheduled to come out to give me a precise estimate of when he'd arrive since he was coming, which I really appreciated. He explained every step of what he was doing and why it was important so that I had an understanding of what I could expect from the test. I am waiting to hear back on the results, but his professionalism gives me confidence that if we do have a mold problem, Mold Pro would be the first company to call!

Excellent professionalism and cost was fantastic! Based on his tests, I was able to ask the water remediation company that did work 3 years ago to come out and take care of some residual issues. Would use MoldPro again.

I can't say enough good things about Joe and Brian. From the first meeting with Joe to inspect the property we had just purchased to the final inspection after the work was done with Brian the folks at Mold Pro were professional and dependable. An added bonus was when we found that there was massive electrical work that needed to be done, Brian recommended a great electrician who was able to work within our budget and get the unit rewired in our time frame. Beyond the great work done by their crews, they always cleaned up at the end of each day and were friendly even during those times I was, and probably shouldn't have been, looking over their shoulder. There were a couple of spots we discovered during the work that were not specifically a part of the contract which this provider was happy to give me either a reduced price on or do the work gratis. In all, while I hope I do not need their services again if I ever do the Mold Pro Group will be the people I call. They are fantastic.

The "mold inspection" consisted of a guy with a flashlight just walking around my house. I basically paid $159 for 2 air samples. Not sure if this is even a good price. I expected that he would be climbing up into my attic, into my crawl space in the basement, etc. He didn't even go up into the attic or down to the basement. Quite frankly, I don't even think he would physically be able to do either of those things. Why send a guy not capable of climbing, crouching, etc to do an inspection of any kind?! He was very nice but I expected more. Results of the air samples were received several days later as expected. Would not use again as there was basically no "inspection" done in my opinion.

Joe was extremely professional and went straight to work. Unfortunately, the equipment he brought had a problem, so he drove back to his place of business and returned quickly with working equipment. He inspected my attic as well without additional cost. The test results came back within a few days, and they showed no problems. Joe informed me of my test results right away and without any hassle. Great service, and very quick results.

All very professional and efficient despite it being over 110 degrees in the attic. I hope I do not need them again but would hire them in a minute.

Joe came out to give us an estimate on mold remediation and waterproofing an unusually tall crawlspace. Joe was polite, professional, and went straight to work. He gave us more information than we had from any other provider to that point. He made a suggestion for a great plumber who did great work, (Priority One Plumbing Inc), installing a sump pit, pump, and backup system. Joe came in under everyone else's bid, and we loved how thorough his process was. Ultimately because of the strange crawlspace we have, we ended up using a different product than Mold Pro uses; we were very impressed with Joe and his company, and enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone. If we had a standard crawlspace, or even a finished basement, we would have used Mold Pro without question. He was one of the few who warned us about mold contamination in other areas of the home, and who used HEPA air scrubbers and vacuums. Absolute A+.
