Description of Work: Abraded & vacuumed (HEPA vacuum) affected areas |Applied antimicrobial spray & some other solution to rafters & underside of roof. |Used air scrubber to keep surrounding air clean & healthy. |We were the 2nd stop of the day and they had an issue at the 1st stop - they called in advance to tell me there were running late and kept me updated on their ETA. The work took exactly as long as they estimated. |I was very happy and would use them again, but hopefully I won't need to.

Description of Work: I used Mold Pro Chicago to remediate the mold in the attic of my house. They applied an anti-microbial to the mold, abraded the mold with a wire bush, and then sprayed the entire attic with Zinsser Perma-White paint. They didn't seem to spend much time applying the anti-microbial and abrading the mold. Most of their time was spent spraying the attic with paint. They told me the anti-microbial kills the mold, but doesn't remove the black stains. Some mold remediation contractors use a solution which probably contains bleach to remove the mold. I don't know which method is better, but I wish I had used a contractor who removed the mold instead of killing it and then painting over it. I am trying to sell the house,and I am afraid potential buyers will think the mold is just covered up. I chose to use Mold Pro Chicago because of their 10 year guarantee. Also, another contractor told me it was too cold to use water based solutions until the weather warmed up. Mold Pro told me it was warm enough in the attic. After the workers left my house I noticed I could still see mold in some areas of the attic. The workers came back the same day to spray those areas, so I can't complain about that.

Description of Work: The man that came to the house and did the inspection was very nice. He explained everything before he tested the house. He said I would have the results in a few days. He said that his brother would call me and let me know what the results were. Of course he didn't call me. I had to call him a few times. I then called the brother that came out to my house to tell him that I haven't heard from them. He said that he would get in touch with his brother that handled the office end. WITHIN 5 mins I was called back by him. The problem them was resolved.
