The inspection lasted for 4.5 hrs and was filled with odd behavior and sales attempts. For example he spent a half hour trying to convince the radon inspector to partner with him to generate more business. This is fine, but be a professional and do so on your own time. He also regaled us with stories of how his neighbors used to look at him funny, and now that he has his own business, he will, "invite them all to a big dinner, and then tell them they have to leave." He also told us how nice our dog is and that he, "just wants to steal him." My wife became very uncomfortable with this man in our home. As far as the actual inspection goes, he broke water line to our toilet in the master bath which left a large pool of water and need of repair. He falsified two points on the inspection and was purposefully misleading. When cornered about giving a review of a carbon monoxide leak he admitted that his tester was broken and he did not perform the test. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy.
