Itâ s been said before but Iâ ll say it again- finding someone you trust and who instills confidence when purchasing, replacing or servicing any major utility, is invaluable. Marcus has proven time and time again that heâ s reliable, honest and knowledgeable. More than that, heâ s willing to take a little extra time out of his day to educate me on what went wrong and perhaps what can be done to prevent issues in the future. I donâ t know about you, but for me, heâ s checking all the boxes.
