We’ve had them for a while and they have been very good. I like it because they use a dry compound and not spray chemicals.

We have been using them for about 5 years. I like that they use an organic fertilizer and that I have that option. I am happy with their service!

I've used them for quite a few years and they are a very good service. The only complaint I have ever had is that he once left our gates open and we have a small dog. Other than that, the work has been overall great!

We have been using them for around 8-10 years. They do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. They are always on time, friendly and very competent. I moved here at the end of 2007 and inherited a 1.3 acre lawn. After the first year of and doing the math for me doing what they do, I immediately gave them a call. They came highly recommended and I have yet to be disappointed. I've signed up for a spring Core Aeration and I have a renewing annual service contract which provides: Five dry fertilizer feedings with non-burning slow release nitrogen Pre-emergent control for annual grasses in spring Weed control anytime weeds are growing in the lawn Control for annual grasses that come up in the summer Three tree & shrub care service visits Free callbacks I especially appreciate that each visit is summarized with 'as found' details and any 'recommendations' printed on the receipt. This, in conjunction with the seasonal news letters, makes it very simple to keep a well maintained appearance throughout the year. Lawn-Tech has always been professional and curteous and they always call with a reminder before each visit, which has helped me to reschedule them or other services more than once.

Hired them when they were a young company over 20 years ago. I have never been disappointed.

They send out a letter about what the weather has been like in the area and how it is affecting the lawn and how you can keep the lawn in good shape.

My whole family uses Brett and his crew. They are amazingly courteous and punctual. They give the personal touch to every customer they service and work with your budget to ensure your yard is well-cared for. They call us in advance the evening before or the morning of servicing so we can ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are indoors. Whatever they use is pet friendly, too. After they do your lawn service, they give you a personalized note delineating your lawn care, what they did, what needs to be done and what conditions they think may need attention....very detail-oriented.

They are very inconsistent, I always have to call and find out when they are coming.

As usual, excellent. They left the bill in the door and included tips and a detailed assessment of the lawn condition with recommendations for us such as cutting, winter damage, etc. They also gave a detail of exactly what they applied to the lawn. They left flags to alert us they had applied the chemicals. This is their standard routine. I found them several years ago while riding my bike here in Lockport. I noticed that one lawn in our subdivision was better than any other. We stopped and asked the owners and they told us about Lawn-Tech. Now our lawn looks great too and has for several years! We intend to continue to use because of the consistent service. I definitely recommend Lawn-Tech!
