Chris did a great job and I could not be happier.

We had a leak around the heat stack. Everything was great except that he had to come back a second time because the leak was not completely sealed the first time. But he did come back right away.

Chris was great! Came out within the hour as soon as he was aware of the problem. Price for a new roof was fair & crew worked until they finished for the day. Everything was left clean and didn't have to worry about the mess. Would recommend to anyone needing repair or a new roof.

Chris was early looked at the job gave me and estimate went and picked up the shingle and did the repairs, he also took pictures and sent them to me of the job before and after. Yes I would recommend this company......Great Job!

Arrived on time and showed pictures on phone of before and during and after work was done. Explained in detail what he was going to do and why.

I was very impressed on how quickly they showed up for my estimate and scheduled my project. The crew was very professional and courteous. The job looks great. I will definitely recommend and hire them again for future projects.

The owner is terrific. The work was performed quickly and the clean-up was reasonable. There were nails in the driveway and the workers left off a section of gutter on the side of the house that would not have been noticed if there was no work done there before. The workers excuse was that the missing piece of gutter was not there when they started the job.!!!!! IIt is just like saying it was already broke, even though I was paying to fix all of it. A little disappointing. There is a 1/2 inch gap where the repair was done a week later. I will probably use them again for another job but I will check the work thoroughly before the workers leave.

Chris is very knowledgeable and really thinks through the project. He is on-time. Craftsmanship is top-notch. I would definitely hire Kross Town again.

Chris Stube called right away after I put the request through HomeAdvisor. He set up an appointment to see the prospective project (fix part of shed roof by replacing half of it and adding gutters). He gave me an estimate, he sent me the contract, and they started the job 2 days after. They were very friendly, down to earth, explained in detail the work done. I just have very good things to say about the workers. The job was very nicely done at the end. I would definitely hire them again. Before I hired him, 3 vendors promised an estimate, and they never got back to me. At one point, I was giving up until Kross Town came along. They were great.
