Great, they worked non stop! The crew was awesome! Beautiful job!

The wall paper in 2 of the rooms was very hard to remove. They called for extra help so the work would not take longer. We had a large hole in one wall and now I can't tell where it was. All the men that worked were very professional and friendly. They checked with me to be sure everything was the way we wanted it. They were very careful with the furniture and our newly refinished wood floors. The results are beautiful and we are very pleased with everything that was done. Even the cleanup was very well done and I will call them again for future decorating.

I had a square ceiling light in my foyer area and replaced it with a round recessed light. I thus had areas that were exposed. She did the repair on the exposed areas, plastered, sanded and painted the area. She also smoothed out areas that were rough and had the smooth areas look like the surrounding ceiling. There was one little area that bubbled a bit and they immediately had her come out the next day to fix the problem. After that there was no problem and the ceiling area looks perfect. I am quite pleased overall with the project. I have used them in the past as well and was quite pleased with that outcome. If I need anything in the future I would definitely contact them. They handle themselves very professionally and easy to deal with.

It went really well. I have used Jondec in the past for some painting projects, so naturally they were my first call when I needed a new room painted in my home. When I called they were able to send a estimator out right away. We discussed the project and what my expectations were as far as the room and my time frame. Once I signed the contract they were able to get me on the schedule within a week. Their employees were great, always on time, and professional. I never felt unsafe or uneasy about who was in my home. They were courteous and clean. They were even great with my overly friendly dog, and fussy baby too. I love they way my room turned out and I have Jondec to thank for it. I have always heard that you get what you pay for, but I know with Jondec they go above and beyond.

We emailed the company to schedule an estimate and we were promptly contacted. During our appointment, Chris (salesperson/estimator) came to take measurements and he was extremely attentive to what needed to be done. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the work at hand, answering any questions that we had and thoroughly explaining the company's practices and how the project would be completed. We were happy with everything presented to us. After a few emails to iron out some changes to the scope of work, we decided to proceed with them for our painting project. When the time came for the work to be completed, the crews were always nice and prompt. Since my wife and I both work full-time, we had my mother stay at the house everyday in case any questions arose about the job. There were no major hiccups and she always commended the crew on their courteousness. However, after the job was completed and we began utilizing the painted spaces, we started noticing the sloppy work left behind... We live in a new construction home and, prior to painting, we had our contractor come out to fix any nail pops that we found. We were assured by Chris that if any were missed, the crew would fix them prior to painting. They did not. We have also found numerous paint splatters on our floors, light fixtures/bulbs, door handles, switches, mirrors, etc. There was even paint inside an electrical socket which we did not notice until we plugged in an iron and blew a fuse. But the most disappointing sight is the numerous splatters and uneven lines around our baseboards and some window and door trims, obviously the result of poor/sloppy taping . Unfortunately for my wife and I, we never had time to contact the company to address the issue, as we immediately had family staying with us right after the project was completed, along with a baby on the way. I believe we also got to the point where we did not want them to come back to compound any of the issues or hear any poor excuses... So while the company may have courteous and detail-orientated representatives, I cannot in good faith recommend their painting crews for any future projects.

They did a great job protecting my flooring/carpet/counters and the paint job was great. They were punctual and very easy to work with. The gentlemen who came out were very professional as well.

came out day after I called to give estimate and them came two days later to perform the work.. Showed on time, very polite, started at 8 am and finished at 2;30. Used quick dry primer to get it done in one day for us. Did a great job. Very happy with quality of work. Would highly recommend

The estimator came same day I called. The service was scheduled a few weeks later. They had a post holiday special which was great. Painter came right on time and left everything clean. Very professional and excellent quality work.

Sales person punctual, very knowledgeable, gave onsite estimate, complete description of prep/painting steps & required time frame & had a 3 day follow up after initial estimate. Painters punctual/very knowledgeable & performed services in time frame from sales person's original estimate with a follow up phone call confirming pickup date/time, delivery date/time. Furniture refinish completed as described by sales person & painters in proper time frame. Had previously gotten multiple estimates from different painting contractors involving various refinishing processes (onsite/offsite, brush, roller, spray, coatings) and different price range estimates with Jondec's estimate on the higher end. Decided on Jondec based on multiple factors: sales person's estimate involved a comprehensive multi step process involving power wash, sanding/wire brushing, spray on rust inhibitor under coating, spray on Sher-Cryl industrial grade multi coat finish, contractor on village list of approved painting contractors & availability of Angies List winter service price reduction coupon. The total piece count of all the items needing refinish including chair swing/frame disassembly ended up being appx 30 pieces so the price breakdown per piece seemed reasonable. Completed pieces delivered on time & finished product looks great! Looking forward to many more years of rust free outdoor use.

Chris came to the house to consult on the cost of painting the interior of my home top to bottom. Chris arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He provided the estimate within one day. I ended up using someone else but would consider using JonDec company in the future.

Team was very punctual, friendly, and professional. The paint work looked great. There were some small spots that needed attention after the initial job and they happily came back and took care of them without issue and FAST. Marco and his team really take personal pride in their work! I am extremely impressed with the standards of this company and absolutely recommend them!

I don't typically write reviews for companies, but from beginning to end Jondec couldn't have been more helpful, professional or knowledgeable and I just want everyone to know! The crew showed up early to get their products and "game plan" together. They introduced themselves and were really friendly and courteous. They took extra caution and care by taping special paper to the floor where they were walking and were very respectful of the house which is especially important since I work from home and have a small child as well. They even made sure they were extra quiet when I had to put my one-year-old down for a nap (so sweet!). You can really tell they take great pride in their work. Everything was completed exactly how they said it would be and I really couldn't be happier! If I had asked my husband to take on this task who knows when it would have gotten done (if at all) and it definitely wouldn't look this good! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to anyone I know. We hired Jondec not because they were the cheapest (they're not) but based on their outstanding reviews. However, after our experience we would never recommend them to anyone. The first day a crew of four painters showed up on time and it seemed to be going well but on the second day problems arose We pointed out some uneven lines on walls and several spots that paint have never touched. We were told by the crew chief that it could be an additional charge for a third coat but we were looking at the first coat. We pointed out there were white spots on the wall and was told it was dust. It wasn't . We had instructed to remove most of the ceiling light fixtures and most of the switch plates but some of them were not. When we questioned the crew chief about this, he promptly pulled his team and walked off the job. We requested a meeting with John the owner and he came over and said he supported the crew chief's decision to leave citing he thought it was a contentious situation and that the comments we had were personal. I diagram but nevertheless we were left with a mess. All our furniture that had been moved was never put back, though the contract stated that. There was paint on a bathroom countertop, paint on trim that should never have been. And to top that off the crew took my broom and left me theirs. The owner seemed less interested in observing his company's work and more in what desired in compensation. But since Thanksgiving had long passed it seemed pointless to demand a finished job. We did ask to have someone come and refinish our kitchen table that had been damaged by one of the painters and he agreed but we are having second thoughts about having any more dealings with Jondec

From start to finish Jondec provided professionalism, timeliness, artistic quality, and courtesy. In every respect they are a top notch painting company and I would definitely use them again for all our painting needs. Thank you Chris, Jerry, and Emilio.

In preparation for having closet organizers installed in 7 closets, I removed the wire shelving in all of the closets. Jondec Painting came in, patched a multitude of holes left after removing the wire shelving and painted the walls of the 7 closets. The painter did an outstanding job. I've used Jondec Painting in the past, and will continue to use their services for future painting in my house. I would also highly recommend them to anyone.

They did excellent work on both jobs. They were on time and did a neat, professional job. They cleaned up after they were done and completed both jobs quickly. I will definitely be using them again. Worth the money.

Cathedral ceilings and they had to cover red walls. Everything went well, good job.

They did a great job. They were on time, fast, neat, and completed their work with a high level of quality. They even provided us some additional paint to match the walls that they did at cost (no markups) for us to do some painting on our own. We would definitely work with them again. My only minor beef is that there were a few nails where we had removed some pictures and they did not ask if wanted the nails removed and the holes patches, but rather painted over the nails.

They were excellent to work with. They did what they said they would do and took extreme care in making sure that the work was done as promised and on time. We will be using them in the future for the maintenance on our deck. Love the owner, his son and the crew. Would highly recommend them.

Overall it went very well but there were some small but important issues. The color/project consultant was very helpful at first but we became frustrated because we weren't getting the sample color we wanted. After a couple tries he said that it wouldn't be possible to produce the color we wanted. After we said we're going to get a 2nd opinion he said he'll try again but it would cost us for him to drop it off or we would have to come pick it up. Fortunately, the color was exactly what we wanted after the 3rd try. The painters were very clean inside the house and did a good job. However, the painters cleaned their brushes at the side of our house in the grass and now a large patch of grass is dead. Their work is of high quality but need to work a bit on the professionalism.

This was my second time using Jondec and I would definitely use them again. They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. They are very professional and do excellent work.
