THEY ARE PHENOMENAL!! I couldn’t be more pleased. I needed a LOT of help!! I work from home, travel and run two other businesses!! I have NO TIME!! Pam came assesses with no judgment. Then the green team came and revived my home!! So much care and love. They were amazing!! I am a customer for life!!!

We just recently purchased a new home and the previous owners left it in really bad shape. The entire house needed to be deep cleaned and sanitized. I’ve been using HCCOA for the last couple years and have always liked their work. Bianca was able to come out fast to get me an estimate and the girls were out next morning to get the job done. Everything came out very nice and I am very happy with their work. I will continue to use them for all of my cleaning needs.

I used them for the first time last week and I have scheduled another cleaning with them. They were hard working and professional.

The ladies were like a well-oiled machine. We are past 70 years old, and our house hasn't been cleaned well for quite some time. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. The house looked and smelled wonderful when they left. Can't wait to have them back.

The owner Pam came out and gave me a detailed estimate for the work. We had the floors and baseboards and walls cleaned and everything in between. We were pleased with how much cleaning was completed and the quality of work. We have since had them out for follow up cleanings and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job! I have used them for a couple of years. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

A couple things not done I would have liked

Usually a team of 3 come and it takes about an hour. They get the job done.

I have been using Pam's Home Cleaning Center of America for about a year now. I love this service! Every other week 3 professional cleaners come to my house and scrub EVERYTHING from top to bottom. They clean places that are too hard for me to reach, cabinets, floor trim, the top of my Grandfather clock. Front door windows and back sliding glass door are always left sparkling clean and free of dog nose prints. Bathrooms are left spotless and smelling fresh.-mirrors cleaned too! As an added bonus they all get along well with my 3 dogs who tend to follow them around to see what they are doing. Pam's girls set the gold standard for cleaning services.

The three ladies were professional and worked quickly. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction, although I did notice a few days later that some lampshades were not dusted.

There good. There was some things that I needed to talk to them about but overall I think they did a decent job.

They do a decent job. It's been a good experience. The price varies. When you start out it is more but once you have them on a schedule the price will change.

This is a two hour job for the ladies who do the cleaning for us once a month. They have been to our house four times so far. They have done a very good job for us.

Due to work done in the house it had plaster dust on everything, it's a smoking household and the walls and ceilings hadn't been deep cleaned in almost 10 years. 4 women came out, on the date and time specified and cleaned walls, ceilings, woodwork, and ceiling fans. They were professional, friendly, quick and yet thorough.

In plain words: they are absolutely wonderful! I'd give them a grade of A+ if I could because they exceeded my expectations. Now, if you want more details, read on...We recently moved here from Toledo, Ohio. When we moved here, I assumed that it would be easy to find a good service to clean my home. I WAS SO WRONG. I have been trying to find a good, RELIABLE cleaning company since July. I have a 4,000 square foot home- I guess this was the main issue with me finding a good service. Places either were very unreliable (calling off 1 hour AFTER they were supposed to be here) or wanted to send only one person to do the job (which would mean he or she would be here ALL day). Some of my issues with other highly rated Angie's list providers were that they just did not want to take on a cleaning job for my size of home because of the time factor. They wanted to split my cleaning days (one day do upstairs, next day do downstairs) or they just wouldn't respond to my requests at all. Home Cleaning Centers of America was my savior! First, response time is unbelievable. Second, they didn't even flinch when I told them the size of my home and that I had mostly all wood floors. Third, they got me in for a cleaning within a week. Fourth, the cleaning was AMAZING. They sent out a team of 3 people- I was IMPRESSED from the moment I opened my door. The three ladies were dressed professionally, and they all had smiles to greet me! They had a team leader who was obviously ready to work- she started planning and asking me questions right away. The team devised a cleaning plan, and they were on their way! It was kind of neat to see how well they all worked together. Another thing that I love about this company is that all cleanings (after your first clean) are charged by the job NOT by the hour. I love this concept- Just an FYI if you are currently looking for cleaning places...Home Cleaning Centers of America charges one of the best rates in town. I found them to be very affordable and less than other places...I actually paid LESS for BETTER work. My search for a reliable cleaner is now over, and I am so very happy. I am now on their regular schedule.

They've been doing a great job. They are very prompt. When they say that they are going to come they are there and if I know of anything that they mess they correct it immediately. They are very courteous because I have them when they are there. So they are very courteous and knowledgeable.

Excellent. Punctual, extremely professional, listened well, wonderful, cohesive team that worked in coordnation with each other and were here for 8 hours.
