Description of Work: Called and spoke to Paul for an estimate and assessment for an entry door for a condo building (that was broken into). He said he would call back within a day. I did not hear from Paul or anyone so I called again 2 days later. I spoke to Mike and explained the situation with Paul and how I need immediate attention because unit owners are nervous. Mike said he would call me back within 1.5 hours. I waited 3 hours and called back, this time I was angry and he said Paul gave me an estimate over the phone, which never happened and is impossible because I would have to show someone the situation in person. I told Mike that was false and then he came back and said if I wanted someone to come out it would cost $89.00. I told Mike to remove my name from his data base and I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service and communication. Just terrible.

Description of Work: They come out to put in a deadbolt but were not sure that the door could accommodate one without hurting the trim, so asked us to think about what we wanted done and gave us a few options. They did not charge us--wow, what honesty!
