Frank contacted me for scheduling, called a few days before to confirm, and called the morning of to narrow down the time window based on his other work that day. What more can you ask for when it comes to timelines. I purchased a large condo recently and the previous owners had a small dog that shed. I purchased a super filter but I still couldn't get over the idea of the dog hair in the vents, etc. Frank came out, did a walk through with me while explaining the process. He then provided a quote and walked me through my initial confusion by answering my questions. The overall process was pretty easy, a big vacuum type machine near the furnace and then he went from vent to vent with equipment to push everything out. I heard from the neighbors that the previous owner was a neat freak, I keep a pretty tidy house, and I was AMAZED to see what came out of the vents and returns. Hands down, I will NOT move into another home before having this type of service. There was no add-on's or BS when it came time to settle up. Thumbs up!

The install was quick and efficient. The purifier uses UV technology. So far the unit has performed well.

We bought this house 2 years ago, built in 1997, after it had been empty for a year. We knew the air ducts were not clean but kept putting off the expense of having them cleaned. There was an enormous amount of dirt and other disgusting findings in the huge vacuum used, including a dead mouse! There is a noticeable difference in the air, now fresh and clean and we are glad to know the air is also sanitized. Mr. Cucuzza did a great job and gave us two discounts, a Senior and a Military, bringing the price down to what we felt we could afford. There is also a 5 year warranty on his work.
