Excellent professional service. No complaints.

The company is friendly only the tech that was sent out did not ring the door bell to gain access to my backyard and has to come back.

Overall customer service is spectacular! They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer even when the customer has a complaint. They contact you right away and discuss ways to rectify any problem you may be experiencing. Love the hospitality and service in-person and over the phone. I liked the fact that i was able to talk with the actual person who was to service me. We talked about the problem t hat was affecting my lawn and gave me the treatment that my lawn needed not a one size fits all treatment as most companies. AND they say they keep the same person treating the lawn so that person gets to know my lawn. So far so good. I'll give further evaluation in the spring when they return. So far the experience has been great, Customer Service is awesome, I have had two lawn applications so far, however it is too early for results.
