Installers John and Tom were very responsive and professional as they answered and responded to all that we wanted done. The finished product met and exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend these folks for any bath remodel!

Stay away from Excel. They don not stand behind warranty issues.

The contractor we had did excellent work but communication with the company wasn t that good. As soon as we signed the contract, I had to contact them to get an answer and it took three months to get on the schedule. Another contractor also showed up instead of the original one I talked to. He did good work but they really need to work on their organization and communication.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. Was very pleased with the work that was done. Replaced all windows and picture window and they finished it in one day. When they cleaned up at the end of the day, they did a magnificent job!! Would highly recommend with no hesitations.

The team of guys that installed seven new windows for us was great. They showed up on time and were clean throughout the process. At the end Bruce took us through and showed us the operation of the new windows and explained part of the process to replace them. Overall great experience and worth the money spent.

These are very respectful people. The sales force, the store force and the installers are all wonderful. Customer service is out standing. They have done all the windows in our home and the price was always reasonable and the quality is excellent.

If you re looking for replacement windows you should definitely give them a call. They don t play games when quoting a price like so many other companies! Their product and workmanship are beyond compare! We couldn t be happier that we chose them for our project!

Excellent sales person (Dominick) explained everything, answered all questions, and started the process. Measurements were done perfectly, scheduling was very efficient and communication was great. Windows arrived as planned, the installers were great, cleaned up after, as if they were never there. Very happy with the new windows, had 19 replaced front and back of the house, look great, inside and out. No issues, No complaints, pricing was extremly competitive, would highly recommend Excel for your nest home project. I will call them in spring when I need to replace my patio doors.
