Excel windows was fantastic. I actually had them install new siding for the home and replace the front door and 2 sliding doors. Competitive pricing with stellar customer service from Sales, Office Personnel to Siding and Door installations. Can't recommend them enough. Arrived on time and very responsive to phone calls. My home looks amazing!

The goal is to have three old basement windows replaced. I have agreed to leave the metal frames (cost savings). The exterior side will be challenging. I can be as creative using the cost savings by using this approach.

Original installers skipped some important steps which allowed water to get in while raining and damaged some of the window trim. I contacted the company and they came out and made everything right.

This business was so easy to work with. They answered all our questions. They were polite. We had vinyl siding and new windows installed. They were great!!! I'd recommend them over and over again. Customer service was the best.

Went with Excel windows and doors, glad we did. They told us ahead of time that they were behind and it would take about 12 weeks to install so we already knew what to expect. The people who came by to discuss the doors, the one who came to take exact measurements, and the installers were great. Very professional and when the time did come to install the doors they were very fast and efficient. We need other door and window projects done in the future and I am certain that we will be coming back to Excel for our needs.

Derrick was polite, not pushy. Patient not overly aggressive. He was very knowledgeable.

I do not have the door till September. Takes a long time, they are making it. Ask me later. So far I like the cvompany.

There price was a little on the high side, but overall great service.

They call, remind, and check & recheck the work and their people. They're just a touch more expensive.

It took just a bit longer to get them installed than originally quoted but I was very satisfied.
