I have used Evolution Installs three times for getting various TVs mounted over the past dozen years and couldn't be happier. I had excellent communication with Tony in the days prior to the scheduled installations and he was thorough in answering all my questions. Tony is a consummate professional and courtesy and I could tell he took great pride in his job and making our TV installation look clean and sharp.

Tony asked all the needed questions in preparation for the job. He worked with me to accommodate a suitable time, even though it was right after an extended holiday. He was very responsive during the prep time. He detailed for me the challenges to accommodate what I need and suggested different options for him to get the job done the same day. Tony and Matt were great to work with. They walked me through everything they were planning on doing, asked me questions that they needed to do the work BEFORE my appointment, and kept me in the loop on any issues they encountered. There were even two parts that I needed to have the job completed that I didn't have that Tony was able to get out of his truck. I would recommend to anyone.

Very professional, efficient, friendly

I live in Chicago and recently moved in with my boyfriend to our new apartment. We are both crazy TV addicts and when it came to home furnishing, we knew having a television installed was going to be top priority. We called Music Evolution and our television was mounted and installed instantly! It was fast, affordable and everything was explained on their website. There are no hidden fees and no surprises. Simply excellent service! Definitely recommend!

Tony and his colleague Adain cameout within one day after I spoke to Tony on the phone various times about the TV mount over my fireplace and surround sound wiriing I wanted to complete. Tony was very impressive with the manner with which he was able to maticulously mount my TV while asking me along the way how I could achieve the best listening enjoyment for a future stereo/surround sound system. Tony was very accomodating and knowledgeable about his profession and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a home theater system.

tony knows his stuff. he is very knowledgeable about home theatre systems as well as computers. my only issue is that im not that familiar with coputers or comlicated avr receivers etc. tony explained everything to me but its hard to remember. thats my problem. i suggest that you do some research yourself because altho tony exlains he certainly doesnt have time to spoon feed you,and thats the way it should be. youve got to be somewhat familiar with things or you wont learn with one lesson. he does however do an excellent job. i could have gotten my work done cheaper but you get what you pay for. Im very satisfied w music evolution.

I called and Tony came out THAT DAY. He did an amazing job, was prompt, and was very professional. I would recommend this company to ANYONE that asks. Tony and his team were very good at handling hangi.g myTV and souround sound. Theylistened to my ideas and made them a reality. When there was an issue with my sub-woofer, he was direct and not only let me know what the issue was, but provided used suggestions to solve it.

Great to work with -- I appreciated that Tony was very responsive via email and had the best price around. Came over and finished the job in less than 1.5 hours and showed me how everything worked before leaving. Also important that it was easy to book a weekend appointment. Extremely courteous and very professional. Would definitely recommend to my friends or call on Tony again if I have another project.
