I wanted a process to reduce the noise from coming from the condo above me. I did my own research and knew you had to put a sound barrier. I paid extra for the sound barrier. They were cutting it into small pieces and I told them several times that was not the correct procedure and they argued this is what we do, so I trusted they knew it would be ok. I did not notice any decrease in the noise I complained about and contacted Eduardo ( the person I had been communicating with) and expressed my disappointment and offered to allow him to correct the issue, he repeatedly said that is how we do it. Since I was unable to get any cooperation at correcting the issue, I am here!
