Kevin and his team were fantastic! Kevin first came out and took photos of the property, then designed a paver block patio with our specifications, He graciously made changes at the last minute. His crew was courteous and friendly. They worked hard and cleaned up every evening. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

All went very well. I also needed a path cleared through some dense shrubbery for a cable technician, and the crew was very accommodating and efficient.

The grass has never looked so great ! Looks fantastic! Our yard went from scraggly to lush! His assessment was great for our yard and he knew exactly what we needed for our lawn. Parts of our lawn are sunny and some areas are shady. He knew exactly what seeds would grow in those areas. Our outcome was great!

The job went really well. I met with Kevin initially to go over what I wanted done. I was pleased that Kevin had some good ideas to share with me on how to repurpose the area. We went with his suggestion and it looks great. His price was very fair and the work was done quickly and well.

Excellent job, as usual. I've used Creekside in the past for landscaping work, they've always been prompt and have gone the extra mile. Never used them for regular lawn maintenance so when the front lawn was overrun with crabgrass this season it was because of my own neglect. Renovation is looking good so far, I'm sure it'll be even better next Spring.

They come every week. They come on Tuesdays. Every week they do a really good job. It's great. We love it.

Services were all completed in 1 day. Came to the house to pick up the deposit and were easy to work with. Have gotten several compliments. The sod seems to be taking well. Would use again!

I contacted Creekside on June 24th for a quote for landscaping at my home. I had read reviews that they were unresponsive to locations not near their base of operations. My home is about 25 blocks from their address...30 hours later...not even a response. Thanks for wasting my time.

Kevin and his crew were great. They showed up on time, were very courteous and did a tremendous amount of work in two days. The finished job is beautiful. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I send an e-mail on April 13 needing approximately 12-14 yards of mulch installed. This was no small job. I got an e-mail back asking for my exact address and I would be put on an estimate schedule. I sent that right back immediately. I just got another e-mail on April 28 saying "sorry for the delay, did I still need an estimate or did I have the work done", really? I purposely put in a request for under 10 miles radius. They are in Tinley, I am in Lockport, just west of Orland Park. A couple of their previous reviews were not good regarding responses and distance, I guess I should have known by that but thought I would give them a chance. Now that I think about it, I actually called them last year regarding grass cutting service and had almost the same experience. If you don't literally live next door to this company, don't bother to call or e-mail them. They are either not willing to work or not willing to travel even though I clicked on under 10 miles, which I don't think is that unreasonable for a large job. And actually the company I used had to travel even further than that and did a great job, even came out to do the job on Sunday since it rained the Saturday they were supposed to be here.

Initially I had only called the guy for mulch. Then, when he came out he took his time looking around the back yard because the back yard is not growing in that great. He gave a suggestion about what he can do to get the grass growing in a little better, we bargained on the price and I agreed to his suggestions so we were not going to hire him, but he convinced me to do the seeding and servicing the back yard. I thought it was nice that he took a look in the back and come up with a suggestion. The way they stacked the mulch and edged could have been a little better. It might have been their own personal style. It is not the way I would have done it, which I told them about afterwards, and they were receptive to feedback. They came out right away when I called them for a quote. They cleaned up and everything was good.

I found Creekside on Angie's List and went directly to their website and told them what I wanted: some concrete removal and paver installation. They responded right away with an email, asking where I lived. I gave them my address and we set a date & time for a consultation, today at 5:30. I got home before the appointed time and waited & waited. Finally, at 5:49, I got an email saying "Sorry I don't think we can make it out there. It is too far for us." First of all, they sent me an email to cancel; I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call. Also, they are not that far away. I live on the far south side of Chicago in a good neighborhood. They are in the south suburbs. This was very unprofessional to blow me off like this.

Kevin's work was really impressive and they were very respectful of the property. His crew was very courteous and respectful.

I live out of state; my parents are elderly and I need someone to take care of them during the winter months so they are not outside shoveling the driveway on their own. A service provider I have used in the past cancelled the contract we had in place the very first day of snowfall. I called every company I could find online in a panic. Creekside called me back virtually immediately. They had someone at my parent's home within a few short hours. Due to their professionalism, high level of customer service, and quality of work, I quickly signed a contract with them for this winter. When signing the contact, I did indicate that my parents were in need of snow removal service very early in the morning. This morning my mother texted me to inform me that their driveway was taken care of before 5am. So far, we are very pleased with their service. Thanks to such a caring, reputable company, I know my parents will be taken care of.

I was impressed with this company. They were able to come out within a week of us calling to make the appointment. The office called me 15-20 minutes before their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. I spoke to Kevin once they arrived and explained what we wanted done. There were three men total. They were very friendly and professional. They did an great job on our yard. It looked very nice when they were done.

I was called a week later and was told they were "too busy to take on anymore work". If that is the case then Creekside should take down their company advertisement on Angie's list so I do not waste my time researching and calling a company that is not taking any new business.

I called early in the morning to try and see if I could get an estimate on weekly lawn maintenance, as due to back injury I can't help with it anymore. I purposely searched for someone within 10 miles of my home or said "anywhere" in their regional description. When I finally got a call back, at 5:00 in the evening, the lady that called said they had no contracts by me and wouldn't be able to help me. Really! Didn't know how large my yard was, I have 2/3 acre, or how much work was to be needed to even get me an estimate. I think they should put in their regional description that they only want to travel under a certain amount of miles or at least give cities they are willing to travel to.

We were having a very heavy rain month. They were amazing at fitting us in between the rain. Job was well done. The young men were very professional. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Performed work on time and on budget. Work quality was excellent and we are very happy with the results.

I feel that this company is racist because I called to see if they would do some work for me and they specifically stated that they don't service Harvey. Harvey is a predominately African American area which is less then 6 miles from Tinley Park. They don't need to be on the list if they will not service the entire southern suburbs. There is nothing wrong with this area it is less then 10 years old, its practically brand new. So it cant be that this area is dangerous I just feel that they are being racist.

They were sensitive to what we wanted and were responsive to our calls and questions. The work was well organized and well executed. We would definitely hire them again.

They cut down all the weeds and treated the areas to prevent more weeds from growing back.

Very prompt, excellent work, in fact better than I ever imagined. Would not bother shopping or allowing anyone else to landscape. I rec'd numerous bids. Price very fair and work, customer service outstanding.

They came and gave me a reasonable estimate. I have paid for services and they should be starting the job in a couple of weeks. They were very prompt. They emailed me that night and then he came out within probably 48 hours. He gave me an estimate and we were able to negotiate something. He was very concise so that he knew exactly what I needed and what my expectations were and told me what he could do. They gave me options and we were able to negotiate on the price and so far I've been very pleased with their response and their honesty.

Creekside showed up a few minutes early on the first day, worked nonstop on Thursday to clean out the old patio and prepare the base for the old patio to be relayed as well as prepare the base for the extened patio. Creekside also showed up early on the second day to relay the old and lay the extened patio. After everything was set and the cuts were made, Creekside swept, blew, and powerwashed the entire site down and left my patio looking great.
