Followed recommendation of a friend that used another service. Best Price was my second choice but ended up doing the service after the first company stated they did not work in crawl spaces. Best Price was courteous and did not try to overcharge me (other company wanted $550 to rod kitchen sink although the website stated max would be about $440!) Best Price completed the work quickly and efficiently. If I need additional plumbing services in the future, I will call them. The phone number from the other company was permanently deleted! If I could have given him 6 stars I would have.

The price that I was quoted was less than the price I paid. He added 17% taxes to his original quote. This was not what I was quoted. He quoted the price plus the cost of permits. Nothing was mentioned about a 17% tax. In addition, I have a large mound of dirt in my yard that he said would sink in about a month. It is still there.

This company was amazing! They were extremely communicative. They gave a 30 minute call ahead. They came both days right on time. They were very competitive on pricing and accurately diagnosed my complex issue. During the project they updated me and taught me a ton about my home and my plumbing system. They left my home spotless and they were incredibly kind and patient. I truly couldn t ask for more in a plumbing contractor. I d recommend them a thousand times over.
