Bill from American Radon was great! During the estimate he took time to explain everything from home construction and radon to how the system would be installed. On the day of installation Jose and Bill were right on time and even protected all the flooring with mats so it would not scratch . Their work looks great and would definitely recommend them!

The whole process was so easy. Bill is very prompt in returning calls and replying to texts. He is very helpful with understanding the process too. He and Jose work very well together to get the job done efficiently and ensuring everything is up to code.

Bill was amazing. He walked us through the whole process and showed us exactly how the system would be placed. We had many questions and concerns and he patiently answered them all. Our initial radon test reading was 14.1. After mitigation, our test results showed .8. So we are super happy with the work that Bill and Jose did. They were very careful with our property and cleaned up everything. They even found a better, more efficient way to put the piping in than originally suggested. It looks much nicer and cleaner. We did extensive research on mitigations and are so glad that we chose American Radon Systems. Bill’s years of construction experience really pays off when it comes to the best way to do things.

Bill and his team were excellent in all steps of the project. Bill came out to assess the space and provided an accurate estimate (no hidden costs) as well as a thorough explanation of the system and how it works, and how it would be installed. Appreciated that he assured us how they could install the outside pipe along the chimney to make it less conspicuous, which other companies did not. Installation went smooth and they did an excellent job, even with the challenge of a small crawl space entry for encapsulation and installation of the pipes. Cost was comparable to other quotes, but felt the quality and attention to detail was why we chose American Radon Systems. Very satisfied with the professionalism, kindness of Bill and Jose and their team, and the work performed, would highly recommend.

Bill from American Radon was amazing. He honored a quick appointment request due to the closing date on my house. The installer did an amazing job on the install. I had the system installed in my garage so it looks “prettier”. 😊 I highly suggest this. Bill went over the details of the system with me and said I can call if anything goes wrong. He showed me what to look for to make sure my fans were working properly. He also gave me suggestions on items I may want for my sump pump and a radon detector that I can keep in my house to track my levels. They definitely offer great customer service! I now feel safer sleeping in my newly purchased home based on this system install. I highly recommend American Radon Systems if you need a radon mitigation system!

Bill and his talented techs did a great job installing the mitigation system. They had a limited space to work with in my basement and made it work. I was concerned about the appearance of the fan and aluminum gutter system on the side of my home. Bill matched the color of the siding perfectly to the install. He is knowledgeable in the subject of radon and answered every question I had. They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up the workspace. I would recommend to family and friends if they needed the same type of work.

It went extremely well. Bill arrived promptly and worked efficiently to install the specialized fan in the venting-pipe system previously installed in our new home. The required caulking ran dozens of linear feet. Bill had estimated product amount exactly, and applied a high grade product professionally. Throughout the process, Bill kept us informed of what was happening. He is an excellent communicator.

Bill installed a radon mitigation system in our house last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, neat, and detailed. Before beginning work, he laid tarps across any first-floor surface he'd be carrying his equipment over to prevent dust and debris. After examining the area he'd be installing the mitigation system, he showed me where he'd be putting it, as well as pointed out a few small issues he'd noticed with our A/C units (excess noise, cables buried, and some settling of the dirt leading to potential for leaks in the basement) and some pointers on how to fix them. Upon completion, he showed me the system in working order, what I should check for regarding proper operation, and when to check. The bill was exactly as quoted and the work was done precisely on schedule. Overall, great experience! I'd recommend American Radon Systems to anyone!

I sent out an inquiry to multiple companies through another website and American Radon Systems was the only company to respond immediately (late at night), letting me know they would reach out to me the next day. Needless to say I was surprised. The next day, true to their promise, they called me and told me they would be in my area and would like to give me an estimate. I met with Bill, the owner and he was wonderful! He explained everything. I received an emailed quote later that day and we confirmed the date of service. On the day of the installation, Bill again explained everything and was professional, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards! He did a great job. Not only would I use his business again, but I would recommend his business to anyone! Radon mitigation is not something people selling their home generally look forward to taking care of, but if you need radon mitigation this is the company to go with. You can trust their work, which is so important!
