Do not use! Hired through insurance, hail damage. Eight months later and work is still not completed. Took the money and did not care! Unresponsive or reliable!!!!!

This was a fairly small repair but the team did an excellent job! They were on time, courteous, professional and neat. Great attention to detail. They even re-arranged some of the old siding to make the repair barely noticeable. Great job! Would hire again.

I needed one piece of siding (from the original builders construction) that had fallen off the house reinstalled. They came out the same day and reinstalled the piece of siding. Excellent service and response time.

Excellent experience all around dealing with this company. Work was done in one day, clean up was timely and thorough, and the roof looks great. Pricing was not the lowest but in line with other contractors who provided quotes, and included attention to detail that was lacking from the others.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We struggled with our insurance company and the claim adjuster that they sent to our house after a storm. Because of this, we needed a public adjuster to represent us. Not only did I feel like the company fought for us, but they took the time to explain all the steps, and were always reassuring during the process (which with insurance, takes a long time). They knew their stuff, and made us feel safe in their hands. I am big on communication, and they made sure I was able to contact them whenever I needed to, so that I always felt heard and that I could have the peace of mind that I knew and understood what was happening. Once installation started, their work was top-notch. Their workers cleaned up after each project, and they always made sure we were happy with the end result before they moved on to something else. From our adjuster, to our account manager, to the workers who came to our house, the professionalism was outstanding and the final product they put out is beautiful. Our house got a major facelift, and she has never looked better. You can't go wrong with this company!

I received four quotes from local contractors for a new roof. After reviewing the quotes, I believe that Amenity represented the best value for the money. A few items stood out: -The professionalism of Jason who was our primary contact. Very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and to the point. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family. -I was referred to Amenity Roofing by a neighbor whose parents had utilized them and had a wonderful experience. I am happy to report that I had a similar experience. -The reviews online were exceptional and I am happy to report that they are accurate! From the first call to my roof being completed was two weeks. Weather and the permit delayed us by a few days. The crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 8:00 AM and were completely done by 4 PM. Clean-up was exceptionally well done given how many nails and shingles they took off. Having four kids under the age of 8 and a dog, this was important to me. A few days later, Jason stopped by to do a final review and collect the final payment. Its been a month since the roof went on and so far so good! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I felt an ethical, trusting, proud and customer focused vibe on the first day my family was visited by Eric. And immediately knew that, throughout the roof and gutter installation process, those same characteristics would carry over to other Amenity Roofing s (AR) departmental managers - such as Charles (and his staff). AR s roof and gutter workmanship were excellent from beginning to end. It was through AR s attention to detail, conscientious laborers, eye for the big picture, transparency and mindfulness that my home now looks 20 years younger; its roof and gutters pop, they re functional and they add an element class to the enclave where I reside. MATT came out to help me on my small roof repair. Not many roofing companies want to deal with small repairs. He came out and provided a fair quote. His guys came out that same week and fixed my missing fascia. They did a great job. Prior to hiring Amenity Roofing had two other roofing companies quote, but they were not interested in the small jobs, Spoke to Matt on the phone and told him it was a small job. He said no problem, came out and inspected my roof, was upfront in telling me that I had plenty of life on it; didn t try pushing a whole new roof on me. If in future I ever have a major roofing issue, my first call will be to Amenity Roofing

We used Amenity to replace our roof, soffits, fascia, gutters, and siding. We are absolutely impressed! While bidding on the job, Amenity gave us cost saving ideas and a creative solution to a challenging job that none of the other contractors had thought of. It was obvious Amenity is highly experienced, and strives to do what is best for the customer. They were very informative and explained each step of the process. They were also very friendly and courteous. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Amenity!

In and out in one day. Added new "boots" on plumbing stacks at no extra cost. Painted my exhaust stack and vents to match the roof color. Cleaned up afterwards. Nice Job

Matt from Amenity had great communication on the project. Service was completed in 1day. The clean up was fantastic and the crew was professional.

The crew did a great job and fast worked long days to get it done. Also cleaned up very well. There was no scrap left ,no damage to landscape get job. Also replaced gutters and gave me larger ones for the same price .Overall great people to deal with.

Amenity Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our old roof. Matt was very professional and a good communicator. The work crew was on time, worked very hard in hot weather, and did a good job of cleaning up the work site. I would definitely recommend this company.

Matt was very thorough when inspecting the roof and giving the estimate for roof tear down and replace as well as new gutters/downspouts. The price was very fair. They were able to start a day early because the weather held out for his other projects. The crew was excellent and worked quickly and efficiently, getting the roofing replaced in one day. The back patio area was covered to protect furniture and grill. The gutters were put in place the next day. Everything looks so nice. We would definitely hire them for other projects!
