Yard Heating & Cooling

It went pretty good. My only problem with the process was when he was cleaning out the supply trunk line near the end of his visit and he left the fan on which blew dust and dirt out of the vents like a geyser throughout the house. I had a heck of a mess to clean after he left. And I don't want to think about my new dry clean only curtains I had just hung up the previous week!

We turned on our air conditioning for the first time late in the afternoon and it did not work so we called them. By the time they got the call and everything they came out the next morning and found we had a mouse nest. They fixed it with no problem. I am very, very happy with them. It went pretty well and was quick. I imagine he was here an hour. We bought our furnace from him and he is the best of three dealers in Taylorville.

YARD RESPONDED AND CAME TO GIVE ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER INQUIRY. WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND WORKER WAS VERY PLEASANT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Yard Heating and Cooling is fantastic! They installed a furnace and A/C for us about 10 years ago, and they've taken excellent care of us ever since. We had them out recently to move some HVAC vents and add new ones for us in our basement during renovations. We called Yard, explaining we needed the work done as soon as possible to accommodate the renovation contractor. George Yard got right back to us and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning! The technician was prompt and courteous, and did everything we needed. He worked well with our renovation contractor, working around them and installing everything "just so". We highly recommend Yard Heating and Cooling to anyone w/ HVAC needs!

George Yard came out and gave us a very competitve quote. He was very nice and walked us through how the system worked and answered all our questions. Furthermore, he customized options to meet our needs with little or no change in the original quote. Also, we had to meet time dealines to receive incentives and he made sure we met them. He's been out a couple times since installation to review his employees work, to make sure it was set up properly, and answer questions we had. Geothermal is new to us so we bombarded him with questions, which he had no problems with. His employees are great; they are reliable and know what they're doing. I highy reccomend this business.

I was pleased with them. I like everything about them as they were good and got the job done. The price was right especially with the government rebate. I had a really good experience with them. I would use them again in the future.
