WASTE MANAGEMENT

We've had WM for nearly 4 years, and have been very happy with the service. That is, until we moved. We've been in our new house for 4 weeks, and every week, I've had to call and throw a fit to get our recycling picked up. The drives stated it wasn't at the curb, when it was clearly there, one week at 5 AM, the following week the night before, and the last 2 weeks, at 6 AM. The truck drives down our street, and never stops. We're the only customers WM has on this street. The last time I called, they told me I would have to go to their office on East Ash street. So, I went to the office and talked to a lady that told me she was aware of the problem, apologized, and said she had taken care to put our recycle on the list the day before. Well, today was "the" day, and nothing has been picked up. The trash has been picked up regularly each week, but not the recycling things. Today, after I went to the office, nothing has been picked up. GRRRRRR! I guess my next call will be to city hall. These companies have a contract with the city, so that's where I'll go next. Horrible! I did not get my 1st week collected. I called, and they said they would send a truck out to get the trash. I told them no bc I figured it could wait a few days. No special requests needed. The next week came, and it still was not collected. I called and they would credit my account, and put a note into the driver. This continued of me calling, and only getting service 2x out of 2 months. I cancelled, and they said they would send me the remaining invoice balance. I flipped. There was no way I would pay 60$ for service 2x. I will pay the 7.50 that it calculates out to be, but no more than that. This was terrible reliability, the customer service was mediocre at best. Stay away!!!
