Description of Work: Gave down payment of over $5000 for major rehab that would total about $28000. "Contractor" didn't perform service apart from tearing down bathroom and kitchen then disappeared after I requested License #. I grew suspicious that I never met his team and he kept wanting cash for windows that would of been the last stage. He took advantage of our trust. I made many mistakes in the vetting process. (make sure he's licensed, references, down payment before any work performed, on angies list etc) Expensive education. All I can do is try to warn others to look out for QC Restoration or Russ Rumley if that is his correct name.
