 + 0 moreGood and Bad. Responsive at the outset despite the fact that father & son did not agree on resourcing and were openly in conflict in our home trying to see who was working our backup. It was not clear to us who the ultimate decision maker was. The team of guys who ended up working on the different parts of the job did produce and had access to the right equipment. That said Scott was tough to deal with on several issues and specifically the money aspects of the assignment. We agreed to an amount and a schedule on which SM would be paid. Scott decided he wanted to change that once the work had already begun. Our insurer was prompt on payment which we processed quickly with our bank but it was not good enough for Scott. We are currently having an issue with an item that worked before but does not now and is still outstanding despite a request to remedy because Scott claims he did not break. Reality is it worked before and it does not now. We did confirm a one year warranty on all the work but here we are less than 3 months down the road and it's like trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip. Not an easy task. Get it all written down and make sure you are on the same page.
