They dropped and put so much pressure on our electrical lines, they tore them away from the house. Our electrical meter was hanging off. They tore our phone line from it's anchor in the house by tugging on it with a tree cutter on a pole until we suggested they unscrew the clamps so they wouldn't rip everything out by force. They left us with our electrical lines downed in the yard, a yard of debris- and 25' of tree trunk still standing. Ryan wanted to have his plumber Dad come fix the wires for us. They didn't feel they were responsible for the electrician bill. They would not return our calls. We had to pay an electrician and another tree company to finish the work. They are very unprofessional and very poor at dealing with situations that they caused. They tried to file a police report by fabricating details of the transaction, they claim they have a case against us with the State's Attorney which is not true. Please be careful when dealing with them. It could go well, but it could go like our dealings have. In which case they turn into different people than the friendly ones who come out to do a quote for you and are confident and polite!
Description of Work: We got quoted for a tree that had limb damage from a storm. They said they would take down the tree, and haul the debris, and grind the stump for $1300. It was in the corner of the yard where the electrical lines come in from the main pole. They said they had a climber who also worked for Com Ed and we didn't have to have the lines dropped. They came on time on the date agreed upon.

We needed a tree climber as opposed to a bucket trimmer because of the accessability to the tree. After calling several business with either no response to messages left or promises to come over for estimates and not showing we responded to a flier left in July. The woman I spoke with came the same day at exactly the time she stated she would be here and completed the work within 2 days of the estimate also arriving within 15 minutes of appointed time. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and particularly their promptness.
Description of Work: A tree climber from this service climbed a tree that was half dead and leaning toward our house. He methodically chainsawed each branch after tying it off and lowered them to the ground. A very tedious and stressful job but done to perfection. He also cut the tree into manageable sections and left it per our instructions so that we could split it and use it for firewood.
