Frick Carpet Cleaning

Well first he almost left when no one would answer the door... he was at the wrong door. He would have left without calling. He said he would text for confirmation the day before but I had to call in the evening and then he texted. He claims no professional carpet cleaner can clean along the edges of a wall, but yet I’ve had at least 5 carpet cleanings done where this was never a problem. Said pet hair is not possible to be cleaned up. Worst part of this all was when I told him I wasn’t happy all he did was scream at me over the phone. The worst most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever had to deal with. He refuses to refund me any money or come fix it the issue. Screamed at me that I’m being unreasonable and that I expect too much from carpet cleaning. Im sorry but when you say you’re a professional carpet cleaner there shouldn’t be black left around the edge of a beige carpet.
