His name is John Felix. I've used him several times. He did an excellent job.

He does his work out of his home and his name is John Felix. He has done painting on the outside for us. We needed a bunch of different stuff done on the outside and he gave us some estimates. He did trim painting and also ended up trimming some of the trees that were brushing up against the house when he was doing other work so he cut all that off in the process. We are planning to have him do washing the house and he's going to be installing some windows on our porch too. He does a good job. I can call and ask him for something or he'll call me back if he doesn't know something. He basically does a good job and he explains things too. He shows me what is what and what needs to be done as well as explains the whole thing. The explanation goes a long way for me. He's called me as soon as he can but sometimes not instant.

He helped us out after we had leaking in our kitchen. He didn't do the painting alone but fixed the ceiling and everything and painted the whole kitchen, and as the kitchen extended to the family room he painted that too. Country Manor are true professionals.
