+ 1 moreRob followed up after a day or 2 to see what I thought. Based on Platinum’s customer service, I chose them to clean several rooms, upholstered furniture and large basement of my home. Henry was the tech on site and kept me informed as each room was started and completed. He also conferred with me to see if I was satisfied with an area before moving on to the next. My carpets turned out fabulous and after several weeks, not one of the original stains has resurfaced.
Description of Work: My first project was the cleaning of an oriental rug. Rob researched the material of the rug before committing to the cleaning, something I appreciated. It had pet stains so it took a few enzyme treatments. Fortunately time was not an issue for me as I was on vacation. Rob kept me informed of the process, noting any potential for color bleeding. Rug was delivered in excellent condition and looks and smells wonderful.

+ 0 moreRob promptly returned my call and scheduled service. He was early which was nice. We went over the carpet and the area rug. I have pets so I have the usual concerns with the carpet. When I purchased the carpet I upgraded the pad to a pad with a barrier that prevents liquids from soaking into the pad and that has been helpful. Rob vacuumed and pretreated the carpet. He explained every step of the process and is knowledgeable. When he finished, I never seen a carpet look so bright after it has been cleaned. He cares for your carpet as if it were his. Rob goes above and beyond in what he does. He is the owner and does all the work himself. I definitely recommend and would use his services again!

+ -1 moreWe recently became landlords and after last weekends storms we got that dreaded call from the tenants that there was water in the basement. We used Platinum Care when we moved into our new house for carpet stretching and cleaning, so we gave Rob a call. Rob showed up the same day and extracted the water and installed fans and dehumidifiers. He came back 48 hours later to check moisture levels and equipment. On day 4 the moisture levels had returned to normal and he disinfected and sanitized the carpets and gave them a proper cleaning. They look as if nothing had happened. Rob is a trustworthy, hardworking, caring professional that I will use in the future for all services he provides. Thank you Rob & Platinum Care for giving us peace of mind!
