+ -1 moreFirst trip cleaned and everything seemed to work. The initial problem was it didn't run. Next day same thing, they came right out, discovered the problem, made the repair and only charged for the actual repair time only. No service call. Very honest people.

Description of Work: I posted earlier after the rough in. All work has been completed--things run great and Ernie and his staff went above and beyond. The air/air cleaner/humidifier and furnace all run great and the design of the system is far better and much more comfortable than the original (before our fire). I continue to rate them A+.
