Description of Work: We have used this company in past with good results. However, called recently concerning replacement of sealing strip at bottom of garage doors. Receptionist was abrupt, placed on hold abruptly at start of conversation, and not very helpful. Recommended coming in with "piece" of sealing strip (since could not find the name of door company as doors are over 10 yrs old). Surprised that did not inquire if were previous customer. Appointment not scheduled.

+ -1 moreFar Better than expected. I called one day for an estimate--was able to get an appointment for the next day that was convenient for me. (2 business days). Work was quick, professional, spotless and exactly like the verbal endorsements I had gotten prior to calling them. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Family members have used them on commercial doors with wonderful results.
Description of Work: Reinstallation of Garage Door Opener--most of townhouse destroyed in fire--we removed opener prior to demolition & since construction is almost finished, it needed reinstallation.
