+ -1 moreI was on a time frame and they showed up two or more hours late. We discussed about having a new furnace installed and that some one would be in contact with me. After a week no one ever contacted me. I contacted the company and was told that some one would contact me on getting a quote. Waited again for another 24 hours and still no contact from the company.
