Basically, I called on a Monday, made arrangements to take it that friday morning and it was fixed and ready to use by 4:00 that afternoon. The price was explained as to what it could be ahead of time and before work began I was told what it would cost about.

I called Larry Monday morning, and after hearing the errors my computer was displaying, he said that Windows would need to be reinstalled, but that he could save the data that was in there. Larry came and picked up the computer later in the afternoon when I was available. Tuesday afternoon, he called and said the computer was ready, and dropped it off shortly after that. He installed Windows, and also put our old files in a folder on the desktop.

I was able to get a call back from my email request with in 2 hours. I email on a Monday morning, he came out that afternoon. He worked quickly, asked the right questions. I didn't have the software or the password to my wireless router. He was able to get the software, reset the password and really made it very easy to get everything done. Moving over the database was just an extra that I had mentioned. He talked me thru what he was doing which was great. Then I was able to move over files and photos later on my own. Mike is a really great guy and very helpful.
