Wright Way Air Duct Cleaning

Excellent customer service and great work. We used Mr Wright's services for whole house air duct cleaning and chimney sweep. Mr Wright and an associate arrived on time cleaned every single air duct vent and also the chimney. I compared prices and reviews for several companies before choosing Wright way. Also Mr Wright was able to come the next day after calling. I really appreciated that because I needed the worked completed right away on the house that we purchased and I was not going to move in without cleaning the air duct. Bruce Wright and his team did a great job. The cleared things, furniture, rugs, etc. out of the way to get to every vent and return. He replaced my dryer vent because it was the wrong kind. The air conditioning is blowing MUCH stronger now after the service.

Very professional and thorough job. The owner and his apprentice showed up on time and were very polite, even cleaning up the walls after getting dirt smudges on the paint. Removed all vent covers for proper cleaning access. Big improvement in the air quality since cleaning.

Wright Way Air Duct Cleaning deserves an A+ for customer service and services provided. I had a problem with my dryer vent and needed it cleaned asap. I called Wright Way and spoke to Bruce the owner. He sent Patrick over to my house the same day to clean out my dryer vent at no charge since the company was going to come back the following Monday to clean my air vents. Patrick was great. Both Bruce and Patrick came to the house to clean the air vents and did a superb job. I highly recommend Wright Way. Nice to deal with and fair price.

They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Bruce found a hole in one of the ducts that will need to be caulked. I would not have known about it if he hadn't found it. I'm glad that I found Wright Way on Angie's list.

It was a great experience. I found Wright Way through Angie's List. When I called, the owner explained that he would be able to clean the air ducts in our one furnace home for the $299 Angie's List price. That was half the cost of a previoius quote we had received! We scheduled an appointment within a week to have the work done. Wright Way was punctual, friendly and professional. They wore booties in the house to protect the floors and asked questions along the way to make sure everything was done as expected. We would recommend Wright Way for air duct cleaning and we would definitely use them again!

Bruce was polite and friendly and efficient arriving on time and completing the job with no wasted time. He asked how i had heard about them and was pleased that it was from Angie's List. He and Pat had a lot of tools but were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. They were both a little chatty but i did stand over them watching the whole time. I thought the price was reasonable especially since they did such an excellent job. i have had the vents cleaned before but none of the other companies pulled chunks of wood and concrete and newspapers from the vent, and i felt a huge improvement in air quality and flow from my furnace. They were great. The day before they had a cancellation in the AM and called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment, which was great. They came on time looked at the house and started working right away. All in all they took about 6 hours but were the entire time. Loved that the price was based on the number of furnace, rather than by the number of vents. We have a lot of return ducts. They took all grill off and brushed them. We were unsure if they was a needed maintenance. I was reassured as I hear the trash/ junk in the vacuum tube. They also clean the chimney and clean dryer vent. The owner went on the roof and did the chimney sweep. When he came down he told us the chimney cap had blown off and we would need a new one. He recommended Menards and even went back up to get the measurements for us. Upon leaving I asked him how often should we get the vent cleaned. He said it should be about 5-6 years. This made me even more confident int he work. The thought that some companies tell you that it should be done every year seemed excessive.

They came on time, cleaned all of the air ducts and the dryer vent, replaced the furnace filter and recommended a future cleaning on the furnace.

The service was great. They showed up right on time, let me know what they were going to do and jumped right in and started going. Although there was a sticker on my furnace from a prior air duct cleaning company (was there when I bought the house), the material that came out of the vents had clearly been there a while and much of it was from original construction, so I know that Wright Way did things correctly this time out. Very nice, accommodating, and professional...This is one of those types of services you don't use every day, and something I knew very little about, but by the time the work was finished, I felt very good about the job that was done.

When I called, the owner answered promptly. I was slightly outside his service area. But he offered to come out and do the job. He also mentioned an Angie's deal that I couldn't view (probably because it was only offered for a certain area). Initially was only going to have my dryer vent cleaned, but with the deal agreed to have both my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned for $299. Both Bruce and his assistant arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine. I showed him the furance, and because I have a larger house, I have 2 furances. Bruce apologized and said the offer was for only 1 furance. He could do the other for an added $200. As I was limited on a budget I declined, so he only cleaned the 1st floor furance and the dryer vent. Bruce and his assistant took total charge and began to work. He moved furniture where needed. He showed me all the lint that built up in the dryer, and said I was lucky I had no fires. It was at least a garbage bag full. I do have to say watching the steps he took in cleaning the air ducts was much better than the last time I had it done. I last had my ducts cleaned about 5 years ago, and they didn't do nearly half what Bruce did. I feel more confident that my ducts are indeed cleaned. Bruce was very professional and definetly knows his trade. I would use him again. If I was to be picky at all, I did find some minor garbage laying around, but no big deal. Also I believe the assistant was new, as Bruce covered his shoes, but his assistant didn't at first, then noticed later he did too. Overall, very good job. Thanks Angie!

It went fantastic! Here is my "story". Moved into my house 2 years ago. It was built in 2002 so it is 10 years old. Recently noticed more than usual dust building up on my dresser and other wood furniture. Also happened to check my dryer exhaust outside and it was completely full of lint & built-up junk. Did a google search on "cleaning air & dryer vents" so I would know what/what not to look for in hiring this type of service. Then, I went directly to Angie's list. Saw the high ratings for Wrightway so I visited their website and gave them a call. Talked to Bruce and he answered all my questions without any sales pitch. Also, my house is located about 45 miles outside of their service range, but he said for $20 extra they would make the drive! What a bargain. Set up the date and they called me when they were within 15 minutes of arrival. Arrived on time and completely self-sufficient. Bruce came and an able assistant. Very apparent they knew what they were doing. So very careful with my furniture and walls as they hauled in the big hoses. Very professional and I did not have one bit of extra clean-up to do after they were done. They even changed a light bulb for me since I didn't have a step ladder. They are so capable and from the previous reviews, I completely trusted them and it was well-placed. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The team arrived early. They took care to avoid making a mess and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned all the air vents as well as the air return. They cleaned the dryer vent from the machine to the exterior of the house. They inspected the ductwork in the attic. All the work was completed in less time than was quoted.

The gentleman called to say they were on their way and arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early with his helper. They went right to work and were prompt, efficient and careful of my belongings, courteous, and gave helpful information. The vent in my bedroom has blown some kind of dirt onto my ceiling (which is popcorn texture and difficult to clean). He checked the vents and found no unusual dirt. He said it could have happened when the furnace filter is changed while the furnace fan is still going letting unfiltered matter blow into that trunk in my bedroom since it is the one that is nearest the furnace. This didn't happen in any other room. He showed me where the furnace shut-off is and left a sticker there to remind me where it is. They cleaned up after themselves and left things spotless.

The men who performed the services arrived close to the scheduled time. There were two-the company owner and an assistant. The assistant was on his first job with Wright Way Air Duct Cleaning, let us know that this was the situation, and that he was learning the procedure. This was not a problem. Mike was aware of the need to be careful in a home and performed the work as described by Bruce Wright, the owner, efficiently and correctly.They both used shoe covers to walk through our home and that was appreciated. It was a very hot day, and as the front door needed to remain open for the duct cleaning tubing to connect to the vaccuum, the house became quite hot (outside temperature was 95+ degrees) so they came dressed for heat (shorts-and in the case of Mr. Wright, a monogrammed company button collared shirt.) That was perfectly understandable.Mr. Wright explained the process thoroughly on the phone, and reviewed the work to be done as he scoped out the number of vents and duct openings. He and his assistant set up the equipment and vaccuum, removed the vents and duct covers and began the job. Mr. Wright has developed his own equipment to better accomplish the task and we watched it being used very effectively.They covered the tubing with cloth towels whereever the tubing would come into contact with walls or bannister posts. They duct taped the pieces of tubing together and removed the tape when finished outdoors so there would be no dust or debris dumped onto the floors.They sprayed an eco-friendly sanitizer into the ducts when the cleaning was finished and returned the duct covers. The work took a bit longer than was originally estimated, but Mr. Wright quoted the original cost for payment. Overall, this was a positive experience for us.

They were prompt, friendly, and worked quickly. Both men were courteous and cleaned up afterwards trying to make sure they didn't disturb too much of the furniture. ALL the vents were opened up by one of the men while the other brought in the hoses and ran them to the farthest rooms ready to begin once all the vents were opened. Hearing all the debris going through the hoses was surprisingly a satisfying noise to hear. Plus they brushed the inside of the duct work loosening up more debris which you can hear going through the hoses. Wow! They went through every room and every vent including brushing off and vacuuming the debris from each vent. Before beginning the sanitizing part of the job, he cleaned out the dryer vent. I wasn't expecting to see a lot of lint since the dryer had been moved 5 months ago and a new dryer vent had been installed but he found and cleaned out so much lint I was honestly surprised. The sanitizing was done with oxine which is relatively safe to use. It is atomized to disperse throughout the ductwork. Every vent was screwed back in properly and we are VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

I contracted with Bruce Wright of Wright Way to come out to our neighborhood and provide dryer vent cleaning service for seven homes. The normal price quoted was $95 but Bruce stated that he would give us a group rate since there were seven of us wanting our dryer vents cleaned. Bruce and his assistant Jesse were very prompt, professional and courteous. All seven of us were not only pleased with his work but impressed with the way he cleaned out our dryer vents.

As I said before, he was one of my best finds on Angie's List. He was prompt, efficient, and reasonable. He arrived at 9:00A.M. with an able assistant, cleaned and sanitized all my vents and returns, my dryer vents and even replaced my dryer vent catcher on the outside of the house (I bought it from Menards and he replaced the old one for me.) He even went to my mother's house (nearby) and cleaned her dryer vent for a small fee. I am extremely pleased with his work and I would highly recommend this company.
