Wright Way Air Duct Cleaning

Able to get an appointment the next day at 9a. The guys showed up at the scheduled time and promptly went to work explaining to me everything they would be doing step by step! Being new home owners they found some work that wasn't done by previous owners alerted us and fixed it for us. After all work was done showed everything that was collected in the vents and showed the operation of the dryer vent after it was cleaned! Highly recommend this company!

They did a fine job and I found them through Angie's List. They were really careful not to create any mess. They didn't damaged anything and they were very respectful of the house. It ended up a quality job. It definitely worth the price and I don't think they are the cheapest. I would say it was a good value and very professional.

Called the company and setup an appointment with no issues at all, in fact was given an up-front price over the phone to clean our dryer vent out. I have never shopped around for vent cleaning services but the price seemed very reasonable. They told me the approximate time the technicians would arrive, and that they would call on there way.

They showed up promptly and were very helpful. They showed and explained every step they took.

I called their number and left a message. Bruce called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He explained that the pricing was for my area and it covered an unlimited number of supply vents, return vents, and the dryer vent for a single system, as is the case in our home. The next day Frank and his partner showed up right on time. They were professional and courteous and explained the whole procedure before starting. They then proceeded to clean all the vents, one room after another. They removed all the vent covers. They vacuumed each vent fist, used an agitator to loosen up the dirt, vacuumed the vent again to suck up everything, and then closed up the vent. They used a sanitizer in the main trunk at the end and explained that the A/C needed to be on for some time for the sanitizer to spread. They also pointed out some issues with my current duct work. Finally, they cleaned the dryer vent. A lot of lint came out and fell on the plants/ground near the vent outside. They did a decent job of cleaning up. They also pointed out and fixed a problem with the vent cover on the outside wall. The cover of one of the return vents was stuck tight to the wall because it had been painted over without removing the cover. The paint at the edge that was causing the cover to be stuck had to be cut. In the process, the paint around this vent slightly chipped and it needs touching up. I suppose they could have been a little more careful, but then again, I don't know if this could have been avoided. Other than that there were no other issues with removing covers or putting them back. They accidentally hit a picture frame hung on the wall in the stairway resulting in the frame falling and breaking. They apologized and readily offered to compensate me for the frame. One of the vent cover screws was shorter than the rest and so it could not be put back into the wall properly. They told me that they would put in a screw of the right length for $1. I thought this was ridiculous, but I agreed. In the end, though, they did not charge me for the screw. Overall, I am happy with the service and I would use them again.

Patrick and Frank called 2 hrs before the scheduled appointment and asked if they could start earlier. I gladly agreed. They arrived on time and promptly began the duct cleaning. All went well. They did a great job cleaning all the vents. They answered all my questions and made good suggestions to keep the ducts dust free. I was very pleased with their service.

Frank and Thomas were on time and very courteous. They went out of their way to even fix the dryer vent issue I was having, with no extra cost. They even checked my attic for any water damage and etc. I really appreciated that. They really cared for my house. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you Bruce!

They were quick, neat, and professional. It hadn't been done in the 14 years we lived here and we have pets so there was a *lot* of dust in the vents. They did a great job that made a huge difference to our allergies. I would absolutely use them again.

Frank and Patrick arrived promptly at appointment time. Very professional and courteous. Estimated time for completed job was on target and the price was very good for the amount of vents we have in our house. Only disappointed in the amount of black dirt/dust I found in the basement are after their job was completed. I don't understand why... Had vents cleaned previously at another house and did not have that issue. Would definitely use the company again, but will check the basement area before they leave. Overall, very satisfied with the job and price.

Prompt, professional, no hidden fees

I was very impressed by their professionalism and politeness. They took their job very seriously -- even climbing into the duct work to reach areas they felt needed a little more cleaning and re-brushing areas they already did to ensure (after looking at their work) they were clean to their specificiations. They answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. They seemed to enjoy their work and commented that they love to do this. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Easy and fun to work with.

I have used Wright Way before, so I called to schedule an appointment. I told them on the phone how many ducts I had and that I was a repeat customer. Patrick Esposito and Tom came out on a very cold day at 10 am. They came into the house, put on shoe covers and took a tour of the house to learn where all the vents and cold air returns were. They explained in detail what the procedure was. Then they returned to the truck to get their equipment and connect the hoses to the truck and spread them throughout the house. Since it was cold and snowy, they were very good at keeping as many doors closed as they moved throughout the house to keep the house as warm as possible. After they worked on the vents, they went outside, walking through deep snow, to clean the dryer vent. They finished about 2 pm, gave me the bill, and left. I told them I was very satisfied with their work. They both were professional, efficient, and personable. They always took time to respond to my questions and concerns. We had just finished construction in the house, and our ducts were filled with wallboard and wood dust from the sawing and sanding. This is the second time I used them, and would not hesitate to do it again. While other air duct companies charge about $500 -$600 to do the same job because I have 30 vents and returns, I was able to save money by their Angie's List coupon special. submitted by husband

Unfortunately, I was not there but my father was. I did open up the air duct vents and look in them with a camera. They did an excellent job. The air vents were not cleaned out for 25 years. Preparation took them 20 minutes and it took them about 20 minutes to clean out all ducts. Very quick and prompt. I will use them again in the future. I really appreciate the fact they came out on christmas eve. I needed to get the project done as soon as possible due to the fact I need to rent out my condo. Thank you.

Bruce Wright and his helper, Frank, did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Bruce had initially scheduled me at the end of the day but re-arranged his crews and re-scheduled me for late morning the same day. He called to tell me he was running a little late but did arrive within the extra time period he stated. They did a thorough job cleaning the vent and tested the air flow before leaving. I would definitely have them back again.

Everything went well, starting from the first communication I had with them. I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered. I was really worried about hidden extra fees (I asked about the angie's list deals that they were offering), but I was assured that I would not be charged anything extra. They don't charge per vent or return, which I really like. They called when they were on their way, and showed up on time. I wasn't able to be at my house when the work was done, but my dad sat in for me and reported that they were fantastic. My vents were REALLY dirty -- the previous owners hadn't left any way to change a furnace filter, so there just wasn't one for about 4-5 years. Plus I'd had some construction done, so there was a lot of drywall dust in there too. They used extra sanitizer (I think that's what he called it) to make sure everything was really clean. They also cleaned my dryer vent for no extra charge (I didn't think to ask them to, but they did it anyway). They told my dad that my dryer vent was really easy to clean and that I shouldn't ever pay to have it cleaned, that I could easily reach in and clean it myself. It was really nice of them to point that out! When they left, everything was clean and in its place. They even took the time to fix one of my vents, which had been bent out of shape before I bought the house. The guy told me that I could get a replacement vent for probably around 7 dollars, but he did such a good job bending it back into shape that I don't think I need to replace it now. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely use them again if I ever decide to clean the vents again.

Went very well. Crew arrived early, were very professional, seemed to do a good job. Definitely better air flow through the vents now. I choose Wright Way due to all of the incredible reviews. Can't beat the $299 price for all vents and dryer. A little surprised when i learned of the additional $50 fee since I am out of their service area. But based on all of the great reviews, I decided to go ahead. If it weren't for Angie's List and the great reviews, not sure I would have. Definitely worth it. My neighbor has already asked for their info and is thinking about having hers done. Thanks!

We had our air ducts cleaned by a different provider several years ago. At the time, it was after significant construction had been done in the house, and we did not notice a difference from before to after. Recently, we had a bathroom remodel done. Even prior to that there seemed to be more dust accumulating faster on our furniture, so we decided to get the air ducts cleaned and see if there was a difference. The difference since Wright Way cleaned the ducts is nothing short of amazing! They discovered a lot of accumulation of construction debris in the ducts from the prior construction several years ago (and after the ducts were cleaned by the other company). After this cleaning, there is FAR less dust in the house, on the furnace air filter and on the cold air return screens. We are really pleased and grateful and will not hesitate to use Wright Way again and to highly recommend them.

Called right after a clothes dryer repairman informed us that our initial problem of two small parts burning out was caused by a clogged dryer vent. This company went out of their way to come out that very day and clean out the vent. From what I saw them do, I do not think it had ever been done properly before. Was so impressed with their dedication to doing a thorough job that we hired them to return to do air ducts for the whole house. They were amazing workers and did a great job--had hesitated in the past to have this whole house service done because there seem to be a lot of scam air duct cleaners. Now that we know about this company, we plan on using them on a regular basis and would highly recommend them to others.

Wright Way Air Duct cleaning came early to their appointment, which I appreciated. The associate explained what they were going to do, and then got right to work. I felt like they were very professional. I wish that I would have been able to see the before and after of my air ducts. I did appreciate, however, the advice they gave me to keep the air ducts clean. The only negative I would have about my experience was their carelessness. During the process, they chip paint on a wall that I had just painted the previous week, they broke my carbon monoxide detector (which they did end up fixing), and accidentally left the front door open which let my dog out. They did help me chase and finally catch her. Overall, I would say that I had a good experience, but I just wish they had been a little more careful during the entire process.
