Wright Way Air Duct Cleaning

They were there on time. We're courteous and friendly. Ducts were much cleaner when done. Did not cause any damage to house.

I was able to get a an appointment the day after I called. Bruce and Thomas were half an hour early (not something I'm used to when receiving an appointment window). They cleaned the dryer vent and checked the connections. Extremely quick, but my vent was not that dirty. Very professional and highly recommend.

Wright Way arrived on time, and were very professional from beginning to end. They completed their work quickly and were willing to explain the process to me. I was concerned prior to their visit that we wouldn't be able to have our "vents" cleaned because our house has a space pack system. They brought in a large unit that vacuumed out the vents from the inside of the house, and had no problems cleaning the vents. A couple of our space pack vent covers were missing screws and they replaced them for me without asking. This is the second time we've used Wright Way, and we will use them again. The first time we hired them, we were living in different house with a central HVAC system, and they used a different machine to clean our vents that stayed outside of the house. It was an easy and effective process then, as well.

First service was in December and everything was ok but within 2 months my clothes were not drying well and I cleaned vent when I bought a new dryer. Single guy, 4 loads laundry a week, 2 months... this should not be happening. Called for service on dryer and they told me to take vent off for 1 load and presto, clothes were dry. Must be the vent. So I called them back and they were there the next day (nice) Vent was clean but at the top of the vent there was a screen. They offered to clean it but I asked them to remove it since animals are NOT a problem. All good. Great prompt service and they stand by their work. What else do you want?? Isn't this what Angie's list is for? To find good, competent contractors that stand by their work. Mission accomplished

Wright Way were on time, service was acceptable, the price was fair, and they did the work we asked them to do. They did fine, and everything is fine.

They showed up early. Walked through the house said it would take two hours. Two hours later, the job was done.

Arrived 15 minutes after scheduled time due to traffic on expressway. They phoned me with a heads up. Everything proceeded smoothly and the workers were extremely polite and considerate. This kind of duct cleaning is quite expensive as I learned from previous experience but is recommended every 7-8 years to reduce dirt and associated problems in your indoor air.

The Techs arrived within the time window that was set up. I received call notifying me that they were on their way. Once they got to my home they made me aware the front door would be open and that I would to make sure my dog was secure. They asked some questions about the set up of the house and if there were any particular concerns I had. The techs got right to work and explained what they were doing throughout the job. They were very personable. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves and gave service timelines. I will definitely work with Wright Way again for cleaning my ducts and dryer vent.

They arrived on time. First they went through the house to determine where all intake and outtake vents were located. After that they went to work removing the covers and cleaning each vent out. I had a lot of vents where the covers had been painted over several times. They were very careful unscrewing to avoid paint chipping. This included cutting a bit around the edges of the vents. I was prepared for paint chipping. I checked to see where I would need to touch up and there really wasn't any place I felt the paint had been removed enough to paint. I was very impressed.

Frank and Thomas were very professional and quite informative. Went to great lengths to assure everything was done correctly. Truly a pleasure.

It was a pleasure to have Pat and Thomas stop by and clean out the air ducts and dryer vent at my place! They were extremely professional and did the job the way it should be done.
