Shopped around and this company offered to clean my vents for the best price by far (I took advantage of an Angie's List special price). Some places were going to charge me double what Wright Way charged. I called them on a Wednesday and they were able to fit me in Sunday late afternoon which was much sooner than I anticipated. They thought my house, which is a ranch with half basement and 2100 square feet, would take 2.5 hours. However, it took an extra 2 hours because I don't believe the vents had been cleaned before (I've lived there only 2 years). They were thorough and made sure everything was cleaned fully before they called the job done. They made no mess and were very professional.The owner of the company was the lead person on my job. I believe he has several trucks that service this area and if all of his employees have his same work ethic then I can't imagine any customer would have a bad experience with their work.

Lived in house since 1999 and had at least 3 prior duct cleanings. Evidently all of them did a lousy job as these guys got out drywall pieces and construction material in the pipes from before I moved in. Incredible and I wouldn't use anyone else cause I would be wasting money. They also cleaned the dryer vent and misted anti-bacterial and mold solutions in each vent. Definitely worth the money.

On time, services as promised, bill as quoted. Neat workers, answered my questions, provided for my cat's safety, allowed me time to wash my vent covers (after they vacuumed them) before they reinstalled. Personable people who were efficient and effective. Will refer to my friends (who are as picky as I am about who comes in the house). Thanks also, Bruce, for pointing out the humidifier leak and furnace filter that was the wrong size.

They showed up on time and were very professional. I was concerned about a smell I had coming out of the vent and he spent extra time making sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Excellent service! They were there for almost 7 HOURS ( a lot more than they expected) and still honored the price we discussed in the initial phone call. They did a very thorough job throughout the entire house. Would highly recommend them!

Mr. Wright quoted $250 over the phone, but gave us a senior discount. He arrived at our home on time and worked for over 4 hours, cleaning and sanitizing each vent. He worked neatly and did not leave any mess after the job was done. We are very pleased with the results of his work. I no longer have to dust every other day--not even after 1 week.

All in all, very happy with his service and will call him again, if needed. He even gave me tips on how to shoot more a/c to the top floor. Nice guy.

Bruce arrived on time (even a bit before!) ready to do the job. He was quite professional, careful to wear booties so as not to track dirt; he even used a towel on the floor of the entry way. He moved the W/D away from the wall, cleaned under the dryer, cleaned the dryer vent from inside and out, and replaced the appliances. He completed the job efficiently, politely and was competatively priced.

Called and scheduled service for the next day. They came on time and performed the work as agreed. They were efficient, friendly and did a good job.

They did an outstanding job for us. They took responsibility for contacting numerous tenants and scheduling dryer vent cleanings. They scheduled and completed their work very quickly and responsibly. We will definitely be using them again for both air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleanings.

Excellent. They responded immediately to my call for a quote. We scheduled a date that the weather ended up being bad and the technician was running late. The company rep called us and let us know before the scheduled time, so we could re-schedule if we wanted without us sitting and waiting for someone to show up. We did re-schedule and this time the technician was 5 minutes early. He was very nice, explaining everything to us and making recommendations.
