Vent Air Heating & Cooling

I've used Vent Air at my previous home, and now my new home. He helped prolong the life of my previous AC (1991) by providing regular maintenance. He's honest, dependable, and I will continue to use him for regular maintenance at my new home. He's so honest, that rather than fix the issue with the AC himself, he suggested that I call the company that installed the AC at my new home since it was still covered under their warranty! Now that's honesty!

Peter Ventimiglia has been our technician for many years. Now, he has started his own business. We like his professional attitude and knowledgeable style. We always feel that he has done a good job and knows what he is doing. In the past, when our air conditioner went out during a scorching summer heat wave, he made the extra effort to come out quickly even though it was getting to be evening. He could have easily said he would wait til the next day. We have confidence in him, and we trust him. He has proven himself time after time. This visit was just a routine autumn start up of the heating system, the humidifier and air cleaner. We always have him do the spring air conditioning start up as well. We do the regular maintenance in order to catch problems early and start the season change right. If we need him in an emergency, I know he would be there to serve us and would go the extra mile. He has a nice personality and is a good businessman as well as a good technician.
