+ -1 moreThe work we had Tom Santellano do was complex and required a great deal of skill. He and his son did excellent work and the end result was beautiful. The work was as follows: Cut out a section of the kitchen wall, replaster, install hanging lights in the newly created opening. Create arched openings from a standard squared off opening. Remove an old railing and replace with a new one. Tom did carpentry work to get the correct look of the railing and installed it. Throughout the process, Tom was very meticulous and able to achieve the look we wanted. They arrived on time each day, kept in communication with us, finished all work in a very professional manner. Removal of old material was also done in a very professional manner, and the cleanup was thorough.
Description of Work: Santellano was a subcontractor for a general contractor we had hired. We were not completely satisfied with the general contractor, but Tom Santellano and his son did excellent work. Tom and Tommy opened the kitchen by cutting out a section of wall. They then replastered the area and installed lighting. In addition, we had them change squared off doorways into arches and and also installed a new railing on the stairway leading to the upstairs.

+ -1 moreThe tile joins the kitchen. They did a really good job. I am probably going to have them back for more work. They knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: They took out existing floor in the bathroom, leveled the floor, and put in new tile.
