QUALITY SCAPES INC

This place is an absolute joke. I contacted these people to come to my house and get an estimate for redoing our deck and adding a stone patio. We are talking about a job that is going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Wouldn't you treat anyone willing to spend that kind money like anything but gold? So, they came out, and we had a long talk about what I was looking for. He took pictures and measurements and said he would get back to me with plans and an estimate. I never heard back so I called and had to deal with some horror of a woman. She was so rude. I simply wanted to know where my estimate was. She said he was working on it and would get back to me. Never heard from anyone. So a week or two later I called again and that same disgusting woman answered. She misread my tone big time and went off on me and hung up on me. But I did get the estimate that day via email. I thought it was for another house. The plans looked so foreign, there was NOTHING we discussed in them so I emailed them back and asked if they had sent the correct plans. Well, I never heard back from them. Good riddance!! Thank God this happened BEFORE I hired them. They actually did me a HUGE favor by eliminating themselves. Advice to the owners: replace that horror of a woman answering your phones.

Never received the email I was supposed to get the next day. Had to call & got it 2 days later. Estimate appointment was on Tues, 3/25 & was told I'd have my actual estimate by the following Monday (3/31/14). I emailed them Wed, 4/2/14 & got no response at all. He was supposed to send me a 2-D drawing of his ideas for the bushes, make some suggestions for my problem areas, etc. Dave made a point during the estimate appointment of telling me how there's always someone at the office, someone will always respond, answer the phone, etc. ... and I never heard back from them. It is now Friday & I don't have the estimate, no response from my email & have not been contacted by the company. I was initially excited to talk to them because they could've done the entire project vs. me hiring 2 different companies & having to coordinate it all - but they just disappeared. Not very professional & I'm glad I found out now!
