Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof, and John came and gave an estimate. I was leery because this estimate was an hourly rate. We used him anyways. He came in much less than another estimate and also gave very practical advice. He was very kind and patient. I would use him again in a moment! He patched leaks in our rubber membrane roof.

He consistently has not recommended things that don't really need to be done that other roofers have said that had to be done. I rate him very highly.
