The project expanded into painting and reflooring a room. Carlos did a great job. He knows his way around hardwood flooring installation, repairing drywall and painting. He has a good crew who works with him. Very neat and timely completion of the three projects. Very customer service oriented.

He arrived professionally dressed, on time and with a big smile. He gave me an excellent price and promised a complete clean-up. He had to remove old carpeting in my basement that WAS UNDER TONS OF STUFF! No complaint...just big smile, "This is what we do!" And they did! They did a terrific job and not only swept up everything, they even stacked it beautifully on the curb. Two thumbs way up for Carlos and his team>

Punctual polite and professional very helpful

Carlos was bery quick to respond, but the price indicated when he arrived (carpet stretching & tacking) was more than 3x higher than what was quoted on the phone. We set the appointment about 3 weeks in advance, but was very challenging to keep it as scheduled when we spoke the night before. The work was very well done & speedy, but based on the overall experience, I am not sure I would use Manpower again.

Very unreliable gave me an appointment for 4/20/13 for early AM cancelled saying he was unusually busy , said will come Sunday 10 AM i told him its my birthday can you finish early so my family and me can go for dinner he did not come till 3PM he said ge has to finish today otherwise he will be busy again so we cancelled going out , I just wanted to get this done and be over with at then he says I don't have enough padding , duct tape, and seaming tape can you go and pick it from Menards I said ok and got it at 8.30 he says he cannot finish and wants to go , there goes my birthday . He makes plan to come Thurs after 4pm I am still waiting
