Carlos called in10min from getting my message, and met my short project deadline. He and his team were polite, on time, and did a wonderful job stretching and cleaning our carpet. He was upfront about the price, with NO hidden cost. He showed compassion for those he does work for and for those who work with him. It feels good to know there are people who still care about the customer. Great work and I would use him and recommend him again.

Carlos and Alex were prompt, courteous and professional. Despite being swamped with business from a recent storm, they worked hard to remediate the water damage and restore our basement to its original state. They were clear about what would be needed, quoted a fair price, provide excellent communications and completed the job with competence. I'm happy to give them a strong recommendation - wish the contractor who finished my basement two years ago had been this easy to work with.

Carlos and his helper were effecient, polite, did the work beautifuly and cleaned up afterwords. They either took their shoes off or put on shoe covers without asking. Will refer them in the future. It was a smaill job but not too small for him.

Response was immediate and showed up to review the project and completed project in a phenominal fashion. Removed enormous amount of water damaged items in a very short timeframe in a professional manner. Cleaned and setup fans to remove moisture. Did I mention that this was done at the start of a holiday weekend so that no further damage was done. Carlos and his team came through for our family.

I needed carpet stretched in several rooms. Carlos was very willing to come and do the job. He came when he said he would, was on time and couldn't have been nicer. I was extremely pleased with the repair work that he did. I would definitely use him again.
