It took a little while for Carlos and I to finally get together but the wait was worth it. My dog very nicely tore up a 6" wide by 3' long section of carpeting right down to the concrete between the bedroom and hallway. Carlos arrived here on time and was good enough to give me a quote before he started the job. He and his assistant did a great job considering what they had to work with. It neccesitated cutting a section of carpeting out of one of the closets to do the repair as there was no spare carpeting left over. They then patched that spot with some left over carpeting that they had in the truck. Very pleased with the work, their attitude and the pricing. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

I initially hired Carlos from Man Power Restoration to pull back wet carpet, remove wet padding, install new padding, stretch and reinstall the carpet. Luckily, Carlos was able to promptly handle all of the other issues that I needed addressing including locating and sealing leaks, removing mold, replacing and repainting drywall and baseboard. He worked efficiently, was very upfront about costs, which were very reasonable, and called each day to confirm his arrival time. Once on site he would review the work to be done. I highly recommend him.
