Carlos contacted me right away and we scheduled the work a few days later. I sent a text to confirm the appointment, and didn't realize until the morning of the appointment that I sent the text to the wrong phone number. I tracked down the correct number and contacted Carlos. He was kind enough to reschedule for the same day. The repairs to my cat clawed carpet were made and are barely visible. I don't think anyone unaware of the repairs will notice them. Thank you, Carlos!
