Description of Work: I had Jerry remodel my master bathroom. Project consisted of taking down drywall from all 4 walls and the ceiling, old insulation had to be removed and replaced with the new. We never had enough lighting in there, so we asked Jerry to put 3 extra LED’s up in the ceiling. Old outlets and switches were replaced with GFI capability. Jerry suggested that we reposition our toilet to the other side and away from the door. There was extensive plumbing work to be done inside the shower and for the vanity sink. Jerry designed and implemented custom size shower using porcelain tile and quartz for shower seat and 2 shower shelves’. He also tiled bathroom floor two walls at the toilet area. We also had asked Jerry’s to help us with finding bathroom vanity cabinet and countertop to match, which he had no problem finding it. Thank you. Jerry provided basic materials only.

Description of Work: We did not use this provider. The proposals kept changing. The salesperson went from "we don't do roof repairs" (we were not interested in roof repair) to a proposal for a roof repair. There were errors in a couple of the proposals. He went from a total tear off (which we wanted) to a proposal to patch without a warranty. we selected a different contractor.

Description of Work: He finished up a bathroom remodel that I started. I needed to get it done faster than what I was doing. he was able to come in and finish it off in two days.
