We are so happy with the work Jolanta put together for us on our basement project. Her hands-on approach and vision was so valuable in creating our dream basement . Marcin was the lead on the project and I cannot say enough about his craftsmanship, work ethic and professionalism. We went into this not knowing much about the process and this experience was nothing but fantastic, we are so happy and will absolutely use them again for our next project!

Their work is impeccable! Our new powder room is just we wanted and then some. Previously they finished our basement on time, in budget, with quality materials and amazing workmanship and stellar customer service so when we wanted to add a powder room there was no question who we would contract! We went with Excellent Construction based on the many reviews on HomeAdvisor as well as Angies list and other websites. Jolanta was very professional and courteous and gave us a very good idea of the cost and timing of the project right from the get go. The pricing was very competitive and she was not pushy at all. She worked with us and explained the entire project to us and accommodated everything that we asked for and more! She made great suggestions and we ended up taking pretty much all of her suggestions in the end! She got Wojciech to work on the project along with Dominic. I have to say we couldn’t have been luckier that Wojciech worked on our project. He is in one word ‘Awesome’! Extremely professional, lot of attention to detail and a perfectionist that always exceeded our expectations! He would show up at 7:30 AM on time every day and would spend the whole day working and would clean up after he was done everyday (regardless of how long it took him and how long he had to stay back). He accommodated every little thing and always had a smile on his face regardless of the smallest irritating requests that I made and my micromanaging his work :). He made some great suggestions and has a great artistic and architectural sense. He was pretty much a one man show doing everything right from framing, flooring, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing and installing appliances, paint and tiling among others! He created beautiful ceiling with lights for the entertainment area and transformed the ugly metal columns into beautiful white accented masterpieces. The basement looks better than my rest of the new 3 year old house and we jokingly say that we will spend all our time in the basement moving forward. I have but great things to say about Jolanta and Wojciech and the rest of the crew and highly recommend them for house remodel work!

We couldn't have been happier working with everyone from excellent Construction! Jolanta is always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions, and our project stayed on time (actually finished early). Everything looks great now that it's done, the guys worked hard (we could see the progress everyday). Everyone who has seen our basement is jealous! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The crew was very professional and timely completed the work. They cleaned up every day before they left. The project included plumbing, electrical, carpentry framing, drywall, flooring and painting. The principal of the company had very good ideas about the design of my basement refinishing job. She was very detailed and knowledgeable about basement refinishing. Quality work, great ideas and everyday cleanup!!

Jolanta is very proffessional, she's always available to anwer conserns and questions about the build.Most of all Marcin, the build supervisor did an excellent job finishing the basement project in 21 working days. That is very fast for more than 1000 square feet of unfinished basement space.Installed full bath a bedroom with walk-in closet and re-routing ventilations.

Great follow up by contractor who addressed and remedied any concerns that I had.

Jolanta is very professional in her expert approach to remodeling. She made suggestions that opened our basement into a large airy and comfortable space. Our idea to finish an exercise room turned into an open space for entertaining with compartmentalized space for exercise equipment, dance studio, and wet bar. Jolanta helped us work with the space and shape of our home. She showed us how we could still have a wet bar without it being previously plumbed for one. Our contractor was amazing. He did everything-framing, taping, plumbing, electrical, painting neatly and expertly. Jolanta and her team were kind and patient and helped us work through, questions, ideas, and our own challenges and mistakes. I would definitely recommend this company. We were treated kindly, and with respect. It was a pleasure to work with Jolanta and her team.We had no idea our remodel would prove so beautiful and pain-free! We felt like we had beyond excellent quality of work and very fair and equitable prices and selection.
