Elite Home Restoration

My wife and I could not have been happier with the job that Elite Home Restoration did in putting a new roof on our home! Elite's Mike McKibben was a delight to work with. He made the process as painless and easy as possible, from obtaining insurance coverage due to hail and wind damage, to selecting shingle color, and to coordinating with Dish to have our Dish antenna removed from the roof and reinstalled in coordination with the roofers. Mike is a very knowledgeable, likable and trustworthy guy. The work crew were all great to meet and did a fantastic job of putting our new roof on in one day, which was impressive given that there are three different levels to the roof. They did a fantastic job of protecting windows, plants, etc. during the job, and cleaning up afterwards. Sometimes after a job is over those who did it don't want to hear from you, but we realized after the job that we hadn't requested gutter guards on our new gutters, and Mike came out himself at no additional charge to install those. I recommend Elite Home Restoration with the highest possible enthusiasm. They do a superb job for a fair price with outstanding customer care and service. Of all the experiences we have had with companies doing work on our home, our experience with Elite has been by far the best. -- Joe H

Great experience from start to finish. The company was on time for the quote and the team was on time/early the day of the job. The team put on new decking and shingles all in one day - even with multiple storms. The team did a great job of cleaning up - everyone was very courteous, polite, professional. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my entire roof replaced by Elite Home Restoration. I couldn?t be happier. I had a bad experience with a roof replacement years ago. I explained my concerns to Igor and he explained that with Elite Home Restoration?s processes I would have no worries. He was absolutely right! Their quote was in the middle of the quotes l got. They were very thorough on the quote and what materials would be used. The day of the job, they were on time and came first thing in the morning. My salesman was on the job to answer all the questions I had. Job was done in two days and everything was cleaned up as promised. It's been almost a year and everything is great. I got a follow up call from my salesman to make sure everything was ok. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs exterior work.
