Terrible contactor scam They take peoples money give them a terrible job then won't respond to customers A class action lawsuit is what this company needs for all the people affected by there bad bad business practices I wouldn't recommend this company

The work they did do was nice. However, they told my parents that they would tear out the bad wall and replace it along with a slip resistant floor. I contacted their rep and his response was "I was wondering why I saw that piece in the warehouse". His response on the wall was send me photos. I replied to him twice with photos. I have not heard anything back. They are still missing the piece of the floor for safety. (elderly parents). We never received terms and conditions after requesting twice. This has been well over 2 months. Very expensive for a incomplete job.

They turned our leaky disaster of a tub- into a clean, long lasting tub/shower to be proud of! They did a fantastic job!

Excellent installation project. Came on time and finished on time - 2 long days of work when 2-3 days were the quote. Finished product is beautiful. Clean up was also excellent. Use of the walk-in tub has been great as of this date. Thank you for the great job.

It was extremely easy project for them to do. They were on time and were able to finish the project in one day. It was great craftsmanship and we are very happy with the finished project.

The experience was great. The workers were professional, worked hard, and communicated as they went. The shower head that was installed hangs really low, so anyone normal height and above would have problems showering. That is the only thing I'm not completely happy about, but has nothing to do with the quality of work done. I also feel that the pricing was too high for the type of work done

It was a challenge to complete , but the reconstruction handyman fix it like the pro he is!! Love my new shower and feel the use makes me feel safe!!

Very nice bathtub, deeper than most tubs, water stays warm because bathtub is insulated. Nice looking wall built to frame bathtub. I am very pleased with the salesman, Stryker, and the company definitely aims to please. They did a great job.

The job was done in one day, and the mess was cleaned up promptly. The installer was knowledgeable.

The process was quick and easy. The project took a day and a half. It is much easier to maintain . When we did a concern after the project was done . They responded quickly to resolve the issue. We are very happy with our choice of contractors.

My experience with bath planet was great! The installer was quick, professional, and left no messes. The sales team was great, as well. We love the new shower and have recommended them to friends/family looking to make home improvements.
