APOLLO EXPRESS ROOFING

It was fantastic from the moment I contacted Greg. If only every business operated the way Greg operates his business! I contacted Greg through Angi's after our roof began leaking during a rain. He was at our house the next morning and thoroughly explained our situation. Our previous roof was not installed properly and poor quality materials were used. We were looking at possibly replacing every piece of roof decking. He gave us worst and best case estimates explaining that he would not know which pieces of decking would be replaced until he uncovered each of them. We obtained another quote from another company and they told us every piece of decking would need to be replaced. Greg's worst case was a bit higher but we chose Greg because he cared enough to explain everything to us and made us feel comfortable asking questions. My husband and I are not roofers or house builders! There is a lot we did not know about the process. When we picked the color of the shingles, Greg took the time to hold up many samples in front of our house. He helped us pick a great looking shingle after hearing our preferences. Rarely have I experienced such assistance at every point in a big project. It turned out there were a few pieces of decking that did not need to be replaced, that saved us money from the worst case estimate. The cost of using Apollo was in line with the other company. But I’m certain the care and quality of work was much higher with Greg.

We made the right choice going with Greg and Apollo. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were fantastic every step of the way and I am confident we have a roof made from quality materials and installed by experts who care.

I just had my roof replaced by Apollo Express Roofing. Apollo's Greg was willing to spend time with me to explain what needs to be done, what were the options, and clearly stated the tasks and costs in detail in the written quote. He came to show us options of shingle colors, by holding large pieces of shingle display boards at the roof angle for us to get a good idea on what would they really look like when installed on the roof. On the work day, the team arrived on time, spent about 10 hours to finish all the work, cleaned the site. Greg was on the site all the time, and updated me the progress several times during the day. Greg also went the extra mile to came to fix the inner trims of my skylights, which was unexpectedly troublesome and time consuming, but he did it patiently and did it well. Overall I think Greg is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The job was done well (at least in my eyes), the price was reasonable. I would recommend Apollo to my friends for a similar job.

Service was great and completed the replacement as discussed.

I've found them to be the lowest price but the highest quality. They were quick to respond to any issues faced after installation.

MEMBER HAD RACCOON DAMAGING ROOF AND APOLLO TOOK CARE OF RACCOON AND ROOF. HOLE IN SHINGLES WAS 12 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND HE REPLACED ALL SHINGLES. HE PUT ALUMINUM FLASHING UNDERNEATH TO PREVENT RACOON FROM GETTING THROUGH AGAIN.
