Description of Work: This guy is a neighbor of mine!!! I called him and asked him he would come over with his bucket truck to put my new TV antenna up for me, as there's no other way to do the job because the mast is 50 feet tall. He said he was busy that weekend, but (quoting) "would give me a call sometime next week." and do it for me. The next week I didn't hear from him.....or the next........of the next.........so Tuesday I called C & S at 815-632-0776 and got the job done for $75 that Saturday. With a smile!!! There's only one thing worse than a business that doesn't answer the phone, and that's one that doesn't know how to communicate when he can't hold an appointment.

+ -1 moreThey did a fine job on the trimming of the one tree. For the complete removal that I requested - AFTER THE FACT, informed me that they do not do stump grinding or removal. He said "I thought I told you that, but I have a number you can call." Ultimately, it ended up costing an addtional $130 for the stump removal. And all this - after a neighbor agreed to take all the wood, so we saved them a lot of work there also.
Description of Work: I called for a quote to trim one tree and complete removal, including stump removal, of another.
